yourself a discount agent will do the same. If you want to learn something,
go for the license. it will take you 3 to 4 month to settle and get the
license. there are two kinds of brokerage out there: fixed desk fee and
split commission. you wouldn't learn much from those fixed desk fee
companies since you will be on your own and nobody cares. remember that you
still need time to learn about all the contract forms after |

我实际上早已经装修完了，厨房和卫生间，本来完全没有意识到要申请什么PERMIT。结
果不知道社区里哪个家伙报告了政府的CONSTRUCTION DEPARTMENT，他们来人要我补
PERMIT，还说要罚几千块钱。我的装修师傅是NY的，只有NY LICENSE，没有NJ的，是不
是就不能填那个PERMIT申请表？
快急死了，希望这里有知道的热心人给点意见。
另外，不知道有没有装修的愿意有偿给签字申请的。 |

inspector并没有想关的certificate/license.我们的agent还说在LA,home inpsector
并不需要license/certificate也能做home inspection.

理论上几乎等同于自己DIY，这样子permit能批下来吗？申请表格没有专业装修师傅的
信息，这种需要permit的活，自己又没有相关的license，能批下来吗？ |

如果你有时间跟踪
又缺钱
对老中师傅的技术有信心
用老中师傅也是不错的选择（物美价量的可能也不小） |

state seller permit和local的tax registration都需要EIN 否则就要填SSN了
申完seller permit再申business tax registration就是license，因为里面要填state

我的LLC在加州刚被批准了， 还没有收到正式的文件，但是在CA政府网站上已经能查
得到了。
想问：
1- EIN, Business License, Seller permit 这三样东西的申请，由没有先后顺序？
2- 目前注册的是我们家的地址， 将来打算用agent 的地址，我们是否应该先找agent
, 把地址转换过去， 再申请以上的那些东西？

比如
Copyright . All Rights Reserved.
然后写author，就是你自己，把email也写上。
至于license，你可以去看以下gpl，apache之类的，网上搜以下，把这些license做成
一个文件和你的code放在一起。 |

-B showing the new expiration date so that they can renew my driver license.

I don't know how long it will take for the H1-B extension to be approved. It

不过那里还是做得比较人性话的，到了之后先在information desk那里领一个号，然后
就可以坐在大厅里边的椅子上等。不像当初在New Jersey办驾照的时候，早上9点进去，
下午3点才出来，中间也就出来吃了一个午饭。排了一个又一个的队，就没有坐的时候，
就算有空坐下了，也没有椅子给你坐。
