应该允许有些Dream kid合法。特别是这样的STEM法案里。
Lofgren 2161法案也有有利于部分Dream kid合法的条款。所以就能获得一些支持非法
移民的议员的联署。

昨天10月25日，我们EB移民心目中的女神--罗富贵阿姨终于加入到co-sponsor HR3012
的行列中。
其实之前罗阿姨本就有意一起co-sponsor该法案，但是Lamar Smith由于之前某个法案
的分歧，或是出于驴象党争，不领罗的这份情。
现在大概是SMITH先生觉得这样做过于小器，或是因为罗阿姨要求入伙的热情很高，于
是就在这个法案上加入了她的名字。

不过是故意用这个话题玩政治。两个党表面上口头表示非常支持STEM 绿卡，但是都故
意在自己的法案里面特意加上对方绝对不能接受的条款，本来他们可以达成一定的妥协
，比如砍掉一半的DV绿卡，加上一半的STEM 绿卡，本来法案也可以以简单多数通过，
但是都不这样做，故意要三分之二通过就是要给对方来个下不来台。好让对方成为被指
责的对象。
