1040里边就一个选项13 Capital gain or (loss). Attach Schedule D if required
. If not required, check here ▶
需要填Schedule D吗，如果需要，Schedule D有需要form 8949, form 8949找不到呀。
在Schedule D里边可以把长期和短期的收益分开，可是填会1040的时候又给加起来了
，等于没有分开呀。

supppose你有7万（1040 line43)要交税，然后这里面有1万（1040 line13）是long-
term capital
你做两种算法
a) 7万的税--9881
b) 6万的税+1万*0.28=8169+2800=10969
1040 line44填a) b)中小的那个。
这样看来long term capital 根本就没有啥意义啊。除非你收入特高最后那一万的税率
超过28%，否则根本没有好处。
