店，从中国店出来的时候拎着中国店的袋子。wholey的人告诉我说 只有在wholey买东
西的时候才可以停在那里，如果去中国店买东西的话就要把车开走。跟我强调 wholey

你老大概还没看过appraisal，房价是地价和房子附属造价现估价之和。
假设一个单层房子，6000尺lot，1700尺房子面积，房价是90万。房子
附属造价现估价一般是29万不到（造价按180一尺造价）。地价是61万
出头，也就是这个地方宅基地是100刀多一点左右一尺。
地价一般是年年在涨，房子本身却有折旧，正常是短期内（扣除通货膨胀因素）
年年在贬值，长期由于通胀因素也在上涨。短期也有例外，比如基建材料
这年暴涨，房子本身附属价格也会往上涨。
说地价只有几刀一尺，中西部大农场的农基地有希望，但肯定在弯曲找不到
这种地方。 |

车，即便我说车都熄着火，把警察叫来，结果说parking lot的事情他不管，连
accident report都不能出具，他只能帮我要求他们出示保险信息，还说他们要是没有
那他也没办法。这样一来就郁闷了，这种情况该找谁？
我拍了几张照片也没拍完全他们就把车开回去parking lot破坏了现场，这样我的证据
虽说也还可以推测是他们的全责，但说服力不够，当时又忘了找几个证人。
去年同样的情况，对方一个年轻白女一开始就承认了是自己的错，以至于这次一开始我
都没想到这种情况，也没想到要收集更多的证据。 |

large volume and customer base. but other smaller sites like doyles room,
always charge $30 or so for cashouts, which i think is closer to the "real"
