最近稍微练了连小臂力量，其实是在连手腕力量的时候顺便练到的，然后小臂就开始疼
了，一直没关注，打球的时候忍忍，或者用点止痛软膏也就能应付过去了。已经快1个

人到中年，基本上爱情就有保质期了，没有多久就不在了。madman里的角色无不是如此
，Don算是集中描写的一个，但是除了他，他的上司，手下，同事，统统都是如此。我
之所以问，你看了没有，就是这个意思。一开始，都是爱的，慢慢的爱情就不在了，生
活开始move on，或者自己变心，或者对方变心。或者环境和地位变了，爱的条件不在
了。
Don的描述很典型，他的女人都是绝色，所以就动物本能而言，生理条件毫无问题，但
是他的女人毫无例外，统统都和他分手了。为什么？这个问题就是贯穿该剧的一条主线
（和他事业并列）。所有别的角色的感情生活也类似。都是结婚，婚外恋，离婚，结婚
，再婚外恋。。。死循环。
所以，你要问Betty为何突然转变，其实你如果仔细看，一点儿也不突然，Don对她非常
的take granted，Don的特点就是女人一旦征服后，就不以为然，而且他对Betty一直也
没有交心过，所以Betty从来也不知道Don心里如何想。也当然也感受不到Don的爱。另

我个人也是非常佩服Nietzsche。现在还有不少基督徒拿尼采做反面教材，并且对他的
发疯颇有幸灾乐祸的感觉。在我看来尼采是夸父、普罗米修斯那样伟大的悲剧人物。当
然，他的“上帝已死”也只能通过The Gay Science里一个madman的口中来表述，最后
那个madman还说他来得太早了，超越时代了。
不过我个人感觉Nietzsche的overman/superman似乎依旧是一个宗教层面的东西，一种
高高在上无法企及的人格形象，用来代替上帝。我个人对overman/superma很是无感。
同为存在主义，更能打动我的是Camus的absurdism，在西西弗的荒谬行为中人可以找到
生命的意义，而且知道宗教和信仰应该放在什么位置。
至于中国，似乎缺乏一种哲学思辨的氛围，什么思想最后都要牵扯到政治上面。对孔子
的批判也常常停留在政治层面。如果喊出“忠孝仁义已死”这样的口号，我很怀疑国人
是否可以理解其中的内涵，第一反应大概是类比文革，揣摩这句话的政治意图吧。 |

scenes imaginable yesterday. The photographer, R. Umar Abbasi, took at least
two photos of Ki Suk Han, 58, as he desperately tried to scramble back onto
the 49th Street Station platform after being pushed onto the tracks by an
