fannie mae从银行买来贷款，如果被抵押的房产foreclose，那么房子归fannie mae所
有而不是原来的贷款银行。
这个房子就是这种情况。
总之as is的房子，卖方有可能作一些手脚掩盖问题后再放到市场上卖。
可笑的还有，我们inspection之后找人来看看地下室有没有长霉，我们到的时候一个
fannie mae派来的painter正好在里面。我们问他做什么。他说touch up。我们进去以
后发现他正在油漆地下室墙上一处水渍。这个水渍正是前一天我们告诉fannie mae地下
室进水的证据。 |

发帖数: 172 | 3 以前拿到过一个homepath的房子。感觉是homepath有两种，一种就是普通的homepath
finance这种的房子一般都比较干净，还有一种是homepath renovation. 两种首付都很
少，3%左右，优点很像FHA和FHA203K。homepath还有个优点是fannie mae给你3.5%的
closiing fee。（上周末的报纸上看到fannie mae现在给up to 6%给buyer）
另一个特性是它的rate会稍微高一点，但是没有FHA的PMI。give-and-take.
谈谈homepath的缺点，它没有appraisal contingency，不管appraisal是多少，它都可
以贷给你，通过它的participating lender.
还一个可能的缺点是它不付closing fee里面本来根据地方法律应该由seller来承担的
那部分，但是有买fannie mae的朋友在close of escrow后面拿到了fannie mae的退款
。所以我觉得都是negotiable.

添加Payee的时候搜索框输入sallie mae 出来 SALLIE MAE BANK，但是我查了登录信用
卡账户的网页是barclaycard，于是输入barclay 出来BARCLAYS BANK DELAWARE，究竟

The money is already deposited in the Roth IRA account at Fidelity, so I can
't choose the reward checking accounts.
The treasury bond yield is too low, the corp bond price volation is too high.
Anyone here invested in Ginnie Mae Funds? Is it a good choice for my

以为是Sallie Mae赖帐，后来把交易一加，发现该statement前期零售店的交易总额已
经到了249.54了。加上这笔$32.xx就超过5% cashback的$250 cap了，所以这笔交易就
给了1%的cashback。所以可以看到Sallie Mae并不是像Amex的blue cash那样自动能把
一笔交易分成5%和1% cash back两部分。我比较好奇如果是极端情况，第一笔在零售店
消费$1，在5%的点数post之后，第二笔消费$250（这个很好做到，买gc就行了），这第
二笔是不是也只有1% cash back。 |

是平时实用的，所以大家在这里讨论不多。walmart在sallie mae算是grocery 5%，常
