有些不解。因为这本书的code基本是用java写的，所以我默认书上介绍的operators也
是java里的。
可是这本书介绍right shift operator时，只介绍了‘>>', 而且书上的例子是向右移
位后在左补0.
可我看JAVA DOC上写的，JAVA实际上有两种right shift operator, '>>' 和 '>>>',实
际上‘>>’移位后补的是整数2进制补码的sign bit，>>>才是无论怎样都补0.
请大牛们指点一下，我的理解是否正确呢，书上的内容是否有误？
另外想请教一下，是不是真正面试的时候即使有bit manipulation的内容也很少用java
考，一搬C\c++考的比较多吧？ |

manipulation by JPM on Feb 5th was coming, and laid out how this thing
was typically carried out.
On Feb 5th Silver price was attacked as predicted in blatant manipulation

I am almost 100% positive these banks are loaded on mining stocks. They
are too smart not to have some kinda hedging play once this manipulation
fails just like every other manipulation. That way they make money at
either direction.
As for dollar fighting gold, there's no chance dollar can survive. For

summary,
R里有merge()函数，可以实现merge操作。
R里面有summary()函数。
基本上，如果你的模型是标准、常用的，R里都有了，网上找别人的实现。
如果是新的、只有你写过的，可以用R改写。
一个warning是R的Data Manipulation不方便，比python差远了。Trap很多，容易上当
。最好是把数据用python处理好了，然后用R的统计程序直接计算。 |
