可是你说了可以扩展成超过 1/k次，这个比较难理解。比如说k=4, 有可能在数组中有
多个超过1/4次的数，这个怎么弄？
即使只有一个数超过了1/4次，用bit manipulation也没有方法找出来呀？！

如果是个数组里所有是32bit integer，循环三十二次，每一次只看第 k 个
significant bit，看 majority 的是 1 或者 0 bit。假设majority存在的话，那么
majority element 的第 k 个 bit 必定就是这个majority bit，以此类推。

话中说自己有事要请假3周。然后那男的就过2天突然也请假2周，也不管老板批没批，
就往东南亚奔去。
男的45左右，未婚，女的30左右，未婚。我以前跟那女的开玩笑说你们是不是DATING，
女的说不是，还说她不找不会她国家语言的人，因为要跟她父母沟通不来。后来那女的
就跟我看她男朋友的照片。
那男的父母虽然也是同一国，但是不会说父母国家的话。后来他们2个就是经常一起吃
午饭。
连旅游都一起了，一起吃午饭算个屁。
后来他两一起都参与一个PROJECT中，那男被女的给MANIPULATE的很多事都被隐瞒着，
出了一点小问题，老板骂男的。其实就是那女的害的，女的自己不干活，别人跟她讲有
问题要处理，她还不高兴。
