I would like to share a method of generating a citation map automatically
not manually.
You have to have access to ISI Web of Knowledge.
Got to Web of Knowledge and register with the web and sign in.
Click on "My ResearcherID" on the top row of the page
"Add publication", there are a few ways to add:
Now it is ready to generate maps, click on the left column
Create A Badge
Collaboration Network
Citing Articles Network 油灯图

google map自己做？另外，能否把所有作者的国家标在图上，这样显得比较多？是不是
该算不同的institute？
另外，把review用google map做了个油灯图，还不错。 |

显示在32街附近。就没有详细再查。
坐6号车在33rd st站下车，一直找到23街才有290多号。
由于没有找到299号，就想到隔壁的297号问路。
刚对保安说一句：299。。。，
保安就说：在49街，你要找日本领事馆？这里是PARK AVE SOUTH。
这时我才明白：
日本领事馆是在299 PARK AVE，
但不是在Google Maps所显示的那样：299 PARK AVE SOUTH。
以后再也不用Google Maps。

但不能在一堆building那找出那栋。。。 |

ESRI公司为iphone做的ArcGIS版本，然后在Basemap选项里面，选择US topo Map，就可
以获得全美所有比例尺的地形图。但是它是读取服务器上面的image cache。
如果Hiking的时候，大部分时候是没有数据服务，甚至手机信号的。
好在这个App能存下上一次浏览的image Cache。
所以，在出发前，先把地图放大到最详细的1:24K，在这个比例尺下，沿着预定的trail
路线在屏幕上走一遍，这样就把所有的image tile都存下了。出于方便，可以可以再把
地图缩小，把小比例尺的地图image tile也存下。这样即使offline的时候，可以方便
的放大缩小浏览了。
地图位置非常准确。上周末走了一条trail，不小心走到了一条因为雨季积水太多而被
封闭的小路上，走了一半实在走不下去了才意识到可能走错了。及时用这个App指引，
就找到了旁边另外一条小路，山谷密林里面iphone的GPS和地图都非常准确。
当然，如果真是荒郊野岭的trail，纸质的Topo map是不能省的。 |
