冷水没肉，不起泡的微火20分钟出锅洗净沥干即可，做炖做红烧均可。炒猪肉片丝买里
脊肉料酒去腥即可。美国猪肉不是腥味难去而是太难吃没有肉味，有空多买点choice
prime级别的牛肉吃吃。
