现在到处都是spam email, 收件人对于每次收到的email都非常小心. 很多人如果觉得
email是spam, 看都不看就删了。还有就是收件方有email filter, 对有嫌疑的email就
block了。
对email marketing来讲，最好有针对性的发给已经subscribe的人, 而不是什么人都发
. 因为人家已经知道你是谁，而且很可能已经将你的email地址加入到他们的通讯录中
，这样的话，你发的email就不会被当成trash了.
第一次做email marketing, 很可能用户反响不是特别好. 这在某种程度上取决于用户
是否在意你的产品或服务, 还有就是你的网站是否吸引人. 但是很多时候，你发的
email本身，也很有学问.
其实都是一些看似基本的注意事项，但，小事情做好了，marketing才能够成功。

烂了，你就不要去做了。
Marketing不是去看人家做什么，你就要跟进，而是要看你的用户/customer到底要什么
。服务好你的用户，你的marketing就是成功的。模仿别人的表面做法是没有任何意义

说的有道理。我觉得MLM(multi-level marketing)，美安，shop.com啥的。 国内叫传
销，那个不是生意。原因是，往往就是上面的创始人发了，下家也就是顶多喝汤而已。
而且还是杀熟。搞得身败名裂。
传销本身是一种marketing形式，所谓network marketing. 但我看到的问题是，大部分
的传销，往往就是为了赚钱而赚钱，没有给顾客带来真正的value. 所以，大家都说这
是老鼠会，也就是，你没这个需求的，他硬塞给你。
真正deliver value的，是做用户需要的产品或者服务。传销类的，很难有附加值，所
以，我觉得基本上都是fail. |

You see an order that is $3.58 for 100 share (the market price is $1.x) I
bet that order will keep open until the next market value buyer got trapped
And for much time of the day, numbers of pending shares for sell are only
in hundreds, which mean a 1000 share market buy order with open-ended price
range will clean all the pending sell orders plus that $3.58 order. |

this is actually a deep question.
basically,
the rule of thumbs is to place limit order when
bid/ask spread is wide.
and place market order when
bid/ask spread is small.
meanwhile, there are a lot of papers showing, demonstrating
that on average,
limit order outperforms market order.
limit order strategy works particularly well in the volatile
range-bound markets. |

As expected, U.S. stocks lost steam today after a four-week winning stretch.
A bounch corporates deal making failed to boost the market.
The S&P 500 retreated 6.51 points ( or down -0.57% ) on a late afternoon
sell off. All sectors slipped to red today except the utilities. Financial
stocks went down most.
There was little fundamental data due today. As a result of market technical
( or psychology) reasons, it is not a surprise to see some pull back for
