都觉得有点冷。对大多数中国人来说，0F睡袋适合整个美国春夏秋露营
（因为一般值得露营的地方比城里冷）。冬天雪地里面配备了牛逼的帐篷
0F睡袋也可以用。 |

north face和 Marmot Helium同一档次的产品是Hightail, 基本上两者是竞争者
和Western Mountaineering齐名的另一品牌是Feathered Friends.
着还行的，另一人同样环境下可能会觉得很冷。用本版俗话来说，睡袋的温标是基于白
种多毛男的，或称，冻不死的极限温度。所以选择睡袋时，温标最好比你预期的温度减
个10度以上，比如，目的地最低 |

意下。还有些相关问题：
1. get rid of the poles
要是穿snowshoe的话是不是一定要用pole？不然好像平衡不太好掌握。我一般上山不用
pole，就是下山用用，保护膝盖。一般人是不是带了斧子就不用带pole了？我看好多爬
rainer的照片好像也都带pole的。要不带一根？
2. get rid of one pad on a warm day like last weekend
这个是对的
3. why short sleeve?
有件换的？不过确实没必要，下次带件dress，呵呵。不过跟MM们比起来带得少多了。
4. get light weight rain jacket/pants.
我的衣服裤子都是marmot precip，要是上rainer这两件总得带吧。另外带了件骑车的
裤子坐滑用。鸟衣轻是轻，买不起，就这样了。
5. when was the last time you needed an extra pair of gaiters?

要背，他们只好说那要不你去Marmot买吧。
去买webbing，前面一个小伙子买5mm的perlon，店员给剪了6mm的，我跟他说你这是6mm
的，他说标签上说是5啊，我说你的标签错了，dark red和cyan色的是6mm的。你们家以
前黄色的是5mm的，现在没卖5mm的了。 |

Mountain Works has way better crew/stuff. Jeff Street worked there in Feb/
March when he is not guiding.
I feel really bad about myself for trying out things and asking for advice
there, but if REI has the same stuff, I just bought them at REI afterwards,
just love their no-hassle return policy |

说到stuff sack size，15F，5’6”的话，Marmot Helium 是7 x 14，Western
Mountaineering Apache MF是8 x 15。。Feathered Friends 10F是8 x 15，２０F是7
x 14。。
用过Feathered Friends Vireo吗？考虑layered sleeping bag是否真的是个好主意。
