我也觉得跆拳道没有用，跆拳道多用腿，而且以腿踢得高、搞各种侧踢、翻转踢为牛，
但是这样就给对手留下很多空当，你一抬腿，人家直接踢你另外一支脚，立马摔倒。当
然，顶尖高手速度快，估计对手还没有瞅到空当，就已经踢到对手了。
不过跆拳道有跆拳道的好处，跆拳道练体力比较多，练kick比较多，punch没有什么力
，很多道馆练的姿势不对。跆拳道对于增加体力和反应力，还是有帮助的。
我不懂咏春，不过我看电影里面咏春打架，都是短频快，但是其实真正打架的时候，几
乎都是几招之内就撂倒对手的，我自己觉得咏春有点“娘娘拳”。
空手道很多流派，而且很重套路，有些流派可以让你练十几遍几十遍kata，对于小娃娃
来说可能会很无聊。空手道里面有一个流派是专门讲究对打的，叫Kyokushin，中文叫
极真。 |

我还是觉得学martial arts有用，不过不是真正的用来发挥招数和套路，而是锻炼反应
速度和能够比较快速地判断对手的下一步然后可以进行有效的闪躲，或者跑得比人家快
，那也是本事。
另外，我觉得挨得起打也很重要，同样的一下，你挨了没事，人家埃了就滚地上去了，
这个也给你创造机会，进行还击或者跑路。 |

呆呆地看着发生的一切，过了几分钟牙印那里就鼓起来了，我有点儿担心，一个劲儿地
观察，那个女娃妈又道歉了一次，没有走过来，在她们自己地盘上高声道歉的，我很不
高兴地说了句thats OK。
老公问我以后碰到这种事是不是要报警，我说这到不用吧，看上去也还好。今天早上娃
胳膊上就什么都看不出来了

学区不好我的唯一concern，就是把娃儿给带坏了，譬如到处都是bully之类。
每个人的价值观不同啦，我肯定不愿意为了一个将来的所谓的学区委屈了我自己和娃儿
现在的享受。我想要有一个大的空间让娃儿可以疯爬疯跑，有一块大lot可以种花挖鱼
塘养金鱼，可以给娃爹装上punch和free weights随时可以玩，可以让娃爹带着娃儿练
martial arts。
关键也是没有钱，呵呵，要是有钱，当然选学区好位置近房子大lot大的地方，以后怎
么样，再说啦。 |

可以防身,训练被攻击的时候的反应.
男孩子学这个真的很好,
我家老大四岁多,刚练了几个月,慢慢有点样子了.
他也很喜欢,我们会一直坚持学下去.
男孩子最主要还是身体上的bully,会一些武术,别人比较不敢找你麻烦. |
