jcb，diners club甚至银联等都有业务合作，按照惯例，在美国的申请人，随机给visa
，mastercard，discover一种卡，日本的申请人则是jcb，中国的话是银联的，不过你
可以要求他给你visa或mastercard……

消费者可控制）只会让mastercard收取更高费用。
对抗的办法就是放弃信用卡，像版上另一位哥们儿一样，把现金存家里，买东西背着去。

在bestbuy买的visa gc都成功load了。
是VISA/MASTERCARD的网络设置问题，还是不同店家的卡不一样？
在shoprite买的GC能load BB么？

今天准备用giant买油点得来的3张$500 mastercard gc去买money order，结果受到挫
折。CVS经理说需要cash才能买，而开车跑大老远去walmart（20910 Frederick Rd
Germantown, MD 20876），首先看到ATM挂了一个out of order的标志，觉得心里一悬
。然后一个不知道是墨西哥还是印度的女小二，估计业务不熟，说买只能一次最多买$
1000，money order fee是70 cents。那我说好，一张买1000 minus money order fee
，另外一张买500 minus money order fee。然后小二就抓狂了，说到底买多少，不告
诉她具体数目让她confusing。旁边黑人小二给她指点说一张999.3，另外一张499.3.或
者一张1000，另外一张598.6。还拿计算机按给他看。我也同意，然后小二一看计算机

如果你是说别的以前遗留下来的Visa，Citi原来就和MasterCard有协议，不可以发Visa
，这些是Citi收购小银行得到的，Visa和小银行的协议结束以后必须换MasterCard。

这个不是mastercard oo，限制比mastercard的多。
首先，抢到不买的话会被锁定帐号，重新激活需要交$10的No-show fee。
其次，bonus oo需要足够的check-in才能unlock，一旦unlock之后五分钟内就go live
，所以需要盯得紧一点。
别的都和mastercard的oo差不多，这个program的WOWpoints现在都是即时返点即时
redeem，不是之前有人说的那样要买完东西之后才能redeem，好像是最近改的policy，
在它家正式的FAQ里已经明确写明了的。

其他的网站oo, 什么卡都可以。不过没有star advantage, 能win 好oo的可能性小。
newbie oo例外， 一般都是20几秒卖完， 这里要减去13秒的advantage. 就是说， 如果没有
star, 能6-7秒或稍微长点时间完成， 还是可以win newbie oo的
x off y 就是原价是 y 现价是 y-x
"是去其他网站买了以后，OO退到信用卡上吗"--基本正确， mastercard 是退到卡上， 其他的可以选择退到卡上， 或退到你checking account 上， 或买amazon 卡。 一般退到checking account 上最好. |
