5月4日的多马撞墙后开始恢复骑车上下班，这算是我的骑车训练。P5装了ZIPP 808和
tubular管胎半年了还没有骑过，所以跟两年前的Welland半马很像，也是比赛上来试新
玩具（轮组），希望两年前的杯具不再重演。
跑步主要靠冬天备战多马的训练，多马后的三周每周只跑了一次7公里10公里什么的，
前两周每周跑两次三次，没有什么特别有质量的训练，也就是跑步上下班这种维持性的
easy run。
游泳自从老三出来后就停了，两周前才开始恢复游开水，一周前开始回游泳池。赛前两
个周末去Lake Wilcox，发现穿LAVA PANTS比穿full wetsuit快，最后一次开水2公里只
用了40分钟多一点儿，所以决定比赛穿LAVA PANTS。

瘦瘦小小的老太太，但非常nice,非常有经验，她说话的声音让我好放松，几乎每次练
习完，触动都很大，仿佛大脑神经有什么东西释放出来了。
她是个环保主义，让我去K-mart买Yoga mat，说不喜欢walmart treat environment的
态度和方式，但K-mart离我太远了，我生病后balance不好，头也晕，开车根本不行，
就去了附近的walmart买了mat,mat很薄，宽度和厚度不够，用了几个月后，由于做down
dog的动作力度大，mat开始掉碎屑。
现在正考虑换mat,在amazon上研究一番，不能确定哪种好，不知道版上的人都用哪种？ |

于6inch.
本来以为是自己这辆车的毛病，去dealer那，又量了三辆equinox,都是那么高。还说不
能调，让我买个All weather floor mat加上去。
这个All weather floor mat不能加在现在的mat上面吧(dealer让这么加）？记得
Toyota的加速门就说有的是用了两个floor mat. |

do a N by N map G:

otherwise G[i][j] = 0 (including i == j)
For a G[i][j], means mat[j] is placed in mat[i] thus save area[j] space.
Problem change to
