化学，MS，计量学的。我有个副导师是数学系的做统计算法,EE信号处理和金融模型研究的，如果走omics的路
的话基本就是分析化学＋数学统计的研究模式。都说生物是火坑，外加老板不是内行，
这条路能走吗？ |

I think that is where to apply statistical mode to discriminate molecules.
There is a metabolomics group in Imperial College Medicine School, they did
a lot chemometrics and NMR research on metabolomcs, quite famous in our
analytical chemistry filed. |

not good enough for many projects including mine. I was told the best MS was
around 20 attomolar.
How about NMR?
Another question: I guess for both NMR and MS in Metabolomics, it is not
widely used to characterize all the metabolites information in the sample. (
in contrast to microarray)
I read some paper and they always have a list of candidates to measure.
How long is the list of metabolites now?

系里准备进一台，原来有两台Agilent Q-TOF和QQQ.LC是1100系列，机器有点老了，毛
病多。做高通量，那个组合sensitivity和resolution比较好，再一个比较easy

有啊，好几个啊，而且有NIST library可以来search GCMS的数据啊，对于一些比较低
浓度的化合物来说，确实是比较难，不过现在的分析手段，越来越好了，LECO的那个
GCXGC MS好像很强大啊，软件也很棒哦
