regular balls.
I played a round in a night golf outing in September. They lined up the
fairways and greens with glow sticks. Everyone got a sleeve of lighted balls
. We had a shot-gun start, so balls were flying everywhere like meteors.

The crystal is made from Brazil. (Petrified forest is protected, therefore,
the rocks/crystals in gift shop are from other placed where protection isn't
as good as in US)
We bought a rock, or sand stone, which is made of Arizona sand stont.
And a fosile, which I bought in day 7, somewhere else at Meteor crator. The
fosile is from Morocco, and was Orthoceras from 505 - 523 million years ago. |

overtrain了, 他早期训练过猛，后来一直都是，导致overtrain symptoms, 后果
是睾丸酮分泌过低，而且试过各种方法，也找了Jack Daniels, 无法提高，他的睾丸酮
水平好像正常人都达不到，季度fatigue, 已经影响基本生活，无法训练，更别提有质
量的，所以不得
不退役。
Runners world 说得很好，Meb 发挥的很稳定，但是Ryan 保持了美国斑马和

谷，以前去过sedona，感觉一般般，逛一两个小时还行，不过用不着住下来玩。
请教一下亚利桑那还有什么推荐的地方，看到那个Meteor Crater还有一些别的国家公
园，什么看仙人掌的公园，都一般，不想浪费时间。Lake Powell看上去不错，不过不
知道是不是太远了。大峡谷里的Dolly Steamboat怎么样？这两个看上去还不错。大峡

route 66 and denver rotue. eventually choose route 66 due to the snow. 2
drivers, 7 days, 3500 miles. you will be surprised how many things we see in
the raod trip. typically we get up at 7am, and get to hotel at 9pm. drive a
lot, but see a lot.

1号高速，欣赏了太平洋的美丽，决定冬天去内陆欣赏沙漠的风光，做了一个6天的西南
自驾游的计划，计划6天之内走6个国家公园，以欣赏自然风光为主，多亲近自然，感受

罗里达耽误了1个半小时，DC之前还晚点呢，但过了DC后就一路狂奔，最后早点40分钟

最特别的饭: Game Meats (warthog, kudu附照, ostrich and crocodile) at City
Grill Cape Town (one of the best restaurants at one of the most touristy
spots). Surprisingly the meats are not gamy at all.

正好有小伙伴抱怨英文版的奥义很烦，在这儿写两句希望能帮到有些人，主要是介绍一
下自己觉得好用的几类奥义。
旋转类奥义：个人认为是最好用的一类，无敌时间长，威力大。我装了三把带旋转奥义
的刀，推百鬼夜行就轻松了很多。
这一类包括几个: Tempest, Gale, Divine Blade和Sun Ring。Tempest最好用，我
postgame必带Tempest 1 & 2. 其余几个次之，不太喜欢sun ring，跳太高，如果奥义
连发，怪物都跑屏幕下面去了。
有特殊用途的奥义：一个是天地一闪 Hell's Gate，动作是左右瞬移，某些特殊情况好
用。
另一个是幽鬼怨鬼系列Vegenance Blow，（注意这个Blow是必须的，叫Vegenance的那
个奥义似乎很废），这两把刀打百助的龙神boss有奇效，嗑几个石头就能屈死它。这种
发飞弹的奥义基本都是打某个老板有效（百姬的大脚老板），平常不好用。
还有两种奥义早期有点用，一种是出旋风的Vertex，另一种是出个火柱的Inverse

打完了，很尽兴,但成绩不太理想.
我们所在A1组各队水平接近，除了Mississauga Tiger, 其它队伍互有输赢, 我们最后5
胜三负,算小分以一分之差排第三,没能进入半决赛.
交手的四支队伍,
1. Mississauga Tiger, 看得出是在一起配合很久的, 小球串联, 防守都不错, 但进攻
弱, 网上高度吃了亏.
2. Red Dragon, 进攻超强,二传技术娴熟老练,几大攻手各具特色,尤其那个小辫子超级
接应, 非常暴力.
3. GTA North Star1, 攻守平衡, 发挥稳定, 最后进了决赛, 相对其它队, 二传稍弱.
4. Waterloo Meteor, 以老带新, 感觉是唯一能在网上跟Red Dragon相拼的队伍, 年轻
队员有些发挥不稳.
5. 我们自己, 球星策略, 除了二传跟两个主攻, 其他人基本打酱油, 呵呵.
给我印象比较深的, 一是Red Dragon的小辫子, 外形, 球风都很独特, 二是GTA的小主
攻, 据说只有16岁,击球点高,手法变化多端,再过两年力量一上来不得了. 至于小组赛

这次是英仙座（还记得圣斗士星矢吗？呵呵）流星雨，持续大概7天，已经过了三天。
北半球都是最佳观测位置。每晚 12：30-3：00 都是最佳观测时间，而且还没月亮，还
有四天时间。
今晚和明晚很多有天文台的地区都开放大型telescope免费给人们观测。具体信息
Google “Perseid meteor shower+ 你所在的城市名”，几乎每一个城市的媒体或者当
地的astronomical society或者天文台都有详细信息，告诉当地居民去什么地方观测。
美好的场景总是短暂的，看流星雨其实就是捕捉那一刹那。昨晚上最激动人心的就是有
两颗在空中交叉划过，还有两颗是平行划过，又大又亮，在场 |
