许多人喜欢talk版从前的风格,也有许多希望其有所改变.
我会尽量照顾所有人,不过可能代表后者多些.因为talk
我认为应该名副其实成为大家交流的地方,有什么观点都
贴出来讨论,闻道有先后,自己听到的想到的拿出来和别人
共享也是一种乐趣;而看到别人所想的所闻的也是一种收
获.我希望在我的任期中每个来到这里的人都会享受到乐
趣,同时也能获得一些.这里欢迎每一位朋友.
而对某些影响讨论的贴子,是狡辩也好,是骂人也好,是嘲
笑也好,是灌水也好[1],都是不被鼓励的.那么我打算做的
就是尽量减少这种贴子的存在,在我做的同时也希望大家
能够帮助我,因为就我一人的力量,哪怕再多两三个人,都
是不能让这个版兴旺的.万一有某些人故意捣乱,也希望大
家抵制他.
版在八区,确不是政治版.我建议开始一个更温馨更宽松的
环境,让每个人都感到和平和温暖.这里没有严格的法律,

昨天出来一个帖子, 一个人改变主意委婉拒绝了华为的offer, 结果华为的HR和他说, 终
身不会再录用他. 姑且不论那个人是否只是拒绝了offer, 还是已经接受offer而后毁约
. 华为的HR的做法都很不professional. 有些事情大家都在默默做,但都不会摆上桌面去
说. 很简单的一件事, 批评也好, 赞同也好,本是非常正常的事情. 可是,某些人在第一
时间竟然跳出来说 "这样的公司，我希望他永远不要成功". 接下来一大堆对华为的控诉
. 后面的帖子我实在没兴趣看下去了, 只记得这话是一个叫microbe说的. 我实在不明华
为究竟怎么冒犯了他们.
作为总所周知的事实,华为在中国的企业中,即便不是老大,至少也是最好的企业其一.而

发帖数: 533 | 26 这种情况太常见了！语言的再现比再认又上了一个等级，所以会认不一定会写，会听不
一定会说。在computer上写是另外一回事儿，因为有拼写提示，会省事儿很多。而且长
篇大论的东西，重要是看结构和逻辑，结构好了大家就觉得写得好 - 但是口语发音不
同，一定要精确，不精确听起来就是另外一个词！
我觉得lz的这种情况主要可以在两个方面提高：1）学习phonetics; 2) 熟记英文单词
的拼写以精确确定音节。不知道lz的情况，但是我在国内开始学英语时是不学
phonetics的，英文单词怎么发音全靠死记硬背，在陌生的单词/专业词汇越来越多的情
况下怎能不闹笑话？举个例子，有一次讲大课，我反复把 microbe (micro-robe)这个
词发成（micro-ro-bi）,引来下边学生面面相觑，来听课的同事也专门跑来纠正我这个
词的发音。回家和我女儿讲这件事，她说这个叫"bossy e", 她们小学三年级学的。这
时候我意识到不懂phonetics是一个巨大的缺陷，才开始慢慢留意的。另外一个记住单

中国的大学做门面的。用68个期刊的发表情况来排名，真正的Nature子刊是其中很小的
一部分。一个化学系或物理系在chemical communications or applied physics
letters发表很多文章就可以排得很高，哪怕一片Nature子刊都没有。这个排名忒糊弄
了...弄得很多国内高校吹嘘自己超过MIT,加州理工。

microbs from growing)
how long does you run your pump everyday? (6-10 hr/day depending on where
you are, this removes particles and dead algae from water)
since you can see yellow/green stuff in the wall, you need to shock (with
high concentraion of chlorine) the pool to kill living algae
basic water chemistry http://www.troublefreepool.com/pool-school/
I personally do not like using algaecide of any kind. |

First, as tsiaojian said, immunoglobulin is a protein and it is subject
to digestion in your gut. Immunoglobulin is indeed used clinically, but
they should be injected.
Second, you probably heard of swine flu, bird flu etc. Every species
are subject to a different set of microbe infections, and their antibody
will be quite different as well. With that in mind, what expectation
can you have for cow antibody for immune system?
