工具
有时候打扫得累得要死，效果却不好，后果就是越来越不想动了。很大原因是工具没有
选对。工欲善其事，必先利其器。工具选对了才能事半功倍。
1）microfiber cloth。用旧衣服dusting不是一个好主意。这种cloth不是棉的，没有
lint，这样不会留下痕迹和一些条纹。ebay上搜搜有很多，不到1刀一条。可以弄2种颜
色，浅颜色弄厨房和玻璃，深颜色弄厕所和地板。专业的洗车和清洁公司也用这种，还
可以用来polish。heb的这种variety pack也不错。
2)买个鸡毛掸子打打灰，尤其墙角的蜘蛛网。如果想更专业一点，可以买一个可伸缩的
杆子，这样再高的房顶，吊灯或者电扇都能打灰了。walmart就有卖，叫做extendible
duster
3)一面黄一面蓝的海棉，家里厨房都用。其实可以放一个在厕所和洗澡的地方，
scrubbing一些build up的污渍很有效的。

最后发现，按照我的清理能力，还是口水+镜头笔最方便，效果最好
至少擦CPL的时候，不知道为啥，3M的microfiber布擦完从侧面看总还能看到一些痕迹

重要。一次性外科口罩外面也是防水涂层的。想
象一下手术过程中，患者的含有病毒的血液喷溅到医生脸上的情景！
一般的3m的n95口罩不如医用级1860口罩，但是过滤的材质是一样的，一样可以防病毒
3M的n95系列都是采用静电吸附纤维来吸附微小颗粒，实际上3m家的n95纤维孔径很大，
之所以能达到宣称的0.3微米过滤，就是靠的静电吸附。这样设计的好处在于孔径大，
呼吸起来阻力比较低，比较舒适。要知道，如果口罩孔径太小，那呼吸起来非常吃力，
就没有人愿意一直佩戴，那防护效果就不存在了。
n95的要求是0.3微米颗粒过滤达到95以上，通过查阅文献，我发现n95可以过滤0.1微米
食盐或者噬菌体颗粒达到99.5%，所以对于冠状病毒这种直径0.1微米的异物还是可以绝
大多数上过滤掉的。
3m自己的手册里也明确提出，口罩随着吸附的颗粒越多，孔径就越小，从某种意义上说
就相当于过滤效果越好，随之而来的缺点就是透气率下降，所以当明显感到呼吸困难时
就应该更换口罩。正常情况下应该是4小时一换。

1. 首先做的事是把车的换油螺丝换成一个阀门: http://www.quickoildrainvalve.com/
2. 然后呢，，既然都自己换了，材料就用好的吧，推荐全合成油，一万英里一换，对
车好还省了换油的时间，油滤也用好的吧，微细纤维的（microfiber）。
我用Mobile 1机油，Costco常年有，油滤也用Mobile 1，趁促销的时候屯一些。
车子改好了，材料也齐全了，现在可以换油了。
3. 一对斜坡（ramp），前轮开上去停好。
4.带上一副手套，乳胶的遇到机油就很容易破掉，丁腈手套（nitrile）耐用。
5. 接油盆，放阀门下方，拧松发动机上面的加机油口。
6. 一根软管，最好是透明的，一头连阀门一头连接油盆，打开阀门放油。
7. 等几分钟，关阀门。
1及5-7步的另一个做法是用吸油器，也很方便，这里就不展开讲了。
8. 油滤扳手（oil filter wrench，设计各异，需要尝试找到对你的车最顺手的，大力
士可以直接用手拧）拧松油滤，因车而异，我的车有的可以从车侧面够，有的可以从引

其实最累的是洗车，一定要洗干净，打蜡挺简单的。
一辆suv弄了我３钟头，全手工，就当去gym了。。。本钱１５左右吧，就是shampoo，wax，microfiber tower。没别的。
要是真有$20的hand-wax，我强烈推荐你去。一般的wax难道不是要１００？

意思，都是机器操作，整个过程包括洗车要喷2次泡沫吧，最后一次是喷些绿色的红色
的泡沫，一些布条蹭蹭，最后反正是水冲掉，没有buff。这玩意就是hot wax？就是比
普通光洗车能更亮点？

1）洗车
送去洗 或者自己拿car shampoo洗都可以 先车顶 后其他 如果做第3步 玻璃可以留
下不洗 洗好了清水冲一遍 干毛巾擦干
2）detail
是为了除去车漆里看不见的脏东西 使上蜡效果更长久 特别是从来没做过detail的车
一定要做一下
买一瓶quick detailer，是喷的液体，再买个clay bar，像白色橡皮泥一样 用quick
detailer向车上喷（只用在有车漆的地方），每喷一块就用clay擦，擦时阻力
很大说明脏，可以再喷点，如果移动很顺滑，说明可以了，然后下一块地方，重复上述
步骤
如果clay脏了，对折，再捏平，可以继续用
3）洗玻璃 (optional)
洗车过后你觉得可以了 不洗也行 如果精益求精 那么不妨用stoner invisible glass
擦下车窗 注意不要喷到车漆上 洗干净之后 擦干 然后可以apply一点 rainX (可选)
rainX喷完 要等一会儿 看到玻璃表面起雾一样了 再用干净布擦干
