2. The lowest 1 oz is 2006 w reverse proof, which has 10,000 mintage.
Recent ebay price for NGC PF70 ranges from $2600-$3000
3. 2008 w 1 ounce UNC with a mintage of 11,xxx, is the next lowest 1 oz and the 3rd lowest amongst all gold eagles.
NGC MS70 current ebay price is above $1700.
And there is very high upward potential.
I am offering much lower price for the 2008 w MS70 1 oz at this moment.

划痕都是在盒子上，否则不可能是MS70。价格都是实在价，常在ebay游荡的藏友自然心

regarding the MoH:
- priced when gold was around $1400.
- 455/445 -$35 /0.2418oz is close to spot, even lower yesterday at sometime
-low mintage, especially the unc version.
so, the MoH Unc is the one you should buy, for the low mintage first, then,
the price.
however, situation changed a little bit yesterday. because mint pulled off
all other gold coins except the MoH and army, so people can only buy MoH/

If half goes to IRA, which means locked and dead, it probably will be the
lowest 1 ouncer gold from usmint.
2008 Proof's performance will be good, but there are many lower years.

08 W BURNISHED一直是灰姑娘:入不了精致币的流,在BURNISH系列里又排在2006之后.
谁知道最近USMINT发布了更新MINTAGE,08的居然远少于原来的,MINTAGE是BURNISH系列,
也是所有PT 老鹰发行量最少的.成功转正了.最近价格从3000-4000上升到了5000-6000 |

this year buffalo mintage won't be high since mint stopped dealer allocation
. big boys can't buy 1000 coins at a time now. There was a window for dealer
allocation earlier. This means, US mint can't meet large supply.
90% of our client at least has interest for buffalos. 90% of them don't even
want to talk about pt. They think it is a waste of time.

but we have to realize 10000 mintage, the overhead cost (design/manufacturing) are spread to these 10000, so it makes sense that the premium is higher.
bullion's premium is low, but there is no design change (only year change) and mintage is much higher. |

This is a very interesting story. The planned mintage was 1000 pieces. When
the striking of these medals took place, the dies had "pt" engraved, which
indicates Platinum. About 600 of these medals were struck with "pt" on the
obverse of a medal clearly made of Gold. When this error was discovered, new
dies were engraved with "au" which indicates Gold. The approximate
remaining 400 pieces were struck with "au" on the obverse to complete the
planned mintage of 1000 pieces. |

但是也要看市场需求，比如82年 Mintage就少，但是市场需要也小，这个过去几年不涨
价。
总体看94-00这7年是Key，98是总Key，86-88三年是最便宜的，基本是金子价。 |

具体的板块说来，当属银币板块最差。当然那几个mintage才几百的银币大珍，反正也
没什么人愿意卖出来，所以也没法比较成交价的变化。一般的mintage在1000左右或者
更大量的银币价格真是差，价格比起前几年跌了很多，而且还卖不动。就算是麒麟或者
孔雀20oz的银币mintage500也不算贵，只要不是非要买69品相的，去ha拍卖会也可能在
3000-5000拿下68的币。 |
