我们打算先租一年房，然后看情况再慢慢买房．
计划租3BR的single family house.
我们计划是因为是租的，所以重点离公司近，上班方便，然后是小学学校好，
现在觉得Mira Mesa上班比较近，家里有两个小朋友，５岁和２岁半，要上Ｋ．我们计
划用greatschools.org上面学校的rating来找地方住．
请问版上有经验的同学给些建议．我们大概会这个月中过来看租房的情况和联系一下小
朋友转学的事情．
另外Ｍira Mesa 的K是免费半天还是一天？还有小朋友读书能不能跨区还是只能在学校
招生范围内读？ＣＶ／４Ｓ的小学比Mira Mesa好很多吗？

发帖数: 365 | 4 特别同意，买东西的超市太方便了，lucky seafood啥都有，根本没必要往大华跑。而
且越南超市的热带水果比中国超市便宜。trader joe's也很近，mira mesa blvd还开了
一个fresh and easy，mira mesa从中国菜到organic都有了。
而且我觉得san diego能玩儿的地方太多了，根本玩儿不过来，所以如果孩子白天上幼
儿园，公园什么的都是其次了。
坐公交有921）。
问题。不过有小孩的话实在没什么她能玩的地方，只能带着遛大街了。 |

also had the opposite happen where I order a regular but they made a large
and didn't charge me any extra when I told them. :)
That said, Mira Mesa Tea Station is just so so so slow when we go during
lunch hour. If we forget to phone in our drinks, we've waited 30-40 minutes
before multiple times.
Clairemont Mesa one I like a lot. More chinese speaking waitresses (seems

BED BUG是他们带来的，SD气候好，BED BUG很
容易生存，一住就不走了。建议住进去之前最好
TEST一下，网上能买到TEST的垃圾筒的，这东西
真要有搅的你不得安宁，也很难根除。我觉得1BED
1BATH 1100以上的，房子不是很老的，应该还可以。
MIRA MESA很安全的，注意路边停车要小心，最好找
个有指定停车位的或者车库，路边停车有时候会被擦被碰，
MIRA MESA有很多私人的CONDO出租，这种比较保险，
有车库，价格也相对便宜。 |

Magic Hour，不喜欢里面的老师，比较呆板。Childtime看着挺好的，但是现在要排队
。有个中国人开的daycare，但是里面的孩子都偏小，不太适合我家孩子。
有谁还知道Mira Mesa附近有比较好的daycare吗？能推荐一下吗？稍远点没关系，关键
要学校好。谢谢了。 |

一年前，换了 timing belt，换了之后就特别吵，前后去他们那儿三四次，每次都说没
问题，是 timing belt 没有 break-in，或者是引擎的支撑松了。可是一年了，还是超
，而且为什么换之前不吵，换之后就特别吵呢，总不至于换的过程中支撑送了。
终于，车子在高速上垮掉了，离合器出问题了，最后去了另外一家修车铺（赞一下这个
老外），修好之后他说你的 timing belt 换过没，没有调好，所以引擎震动，这个不
修，以后离合器还会坏，说你应该去让他调好，还帮我写了个纸条。
回头去找 mira mesa auto，直接找老板（之前是他家的小辫子 CTO 或者下面的小弟）
，还是说没问题。然后说那我找别人调，这个钱你来出，同意了。
于是花了 250，果然调得跟我换 timing belt 之前一样了，接着去找 mira mesa auto
，结果这个交涉过程很不愉快，一开始说车之前就是这样，然后把车查了又查，后来又
说这钱不能全出，因为我顺便换了个东西，最后还准备个文件说他家以后对我车任何状
况都不负责让我签字（我后来还换过刹车），折腾了快一个小时。... 阅读全帖 |

那个位置到这些地方都不远， 超方便的。到 La Jolla 海边开车挺近的。
但不知道你住在 Mira Misa 哪边，如果在 mira mesa不安全的地方，晚上不建议太晚
出去/行走。 |

mira mesa有很多商店,如果你们临时有什么需要,出去买点东西很方便.
安全程度也还不错. 亚裔比较多, 科技公司和家属租房区.
不过,晚上最好不要步行在外, 夜间步行不管在san diego的哪里都有一定风险.
开车去附近各商店没问题,很安全.
ucsd已经放假了. 5号高速不再堵车了.你不管去哪里玩,都没有堵车问题. |

居住的人也是学生访问学者居多
Mira Mesa是传统亚裔社区，最早是在海军服务的菲律宾人居多，生活气息浓一些，也
有很多亚裔超市，可以走路去买菜，也有公交可以通行。花销比utc低一些，最近房租
涨的也比较厉害，但还是比utc便宜很多 |
