社会是平庸甚至邪恶的，生活是荒谬的，作者是充满幽默和讽刺的，但是温暖的人性给
这所有的一切镶上了一道金边，让人活下去。
蕴上不是很深厚。
一直听说韩寒很久了，这个帖子让我决定去看下他的作品。草草喵过《他的国》开头部
分，感觉文字驾驭能力还是不错的，但是和我看过的一些伟大文学作品来比，我个人觉
得创作技巧还是有很大差距，我选几段简单比较下吧。
1. 比较下讽刺能力
“他是那么喜欢摩托车，因为他觉得那是男人力量的延伸。我相信如果枪支开放，他一
定拥有一支。因为那同样是力量的延伸。可惜的是，不仅枪支不开放，连摩托车都禁了
。看来政策的宗旨是为了让男人难以延伸。”
借文学作品表达政治情绪并不罕见，这方面我读过的最好之一的是Jonathan Swift的
Gulliver's Travels。作者的讽刺手法就比韩寒要高明很多。韩寒让叙事人Narrator在
叙事过程生硬夹杂进观点评价，那样打断叙事的节奏，手法不成熟。好的作家不会出现
“看来政策的宗旨...”这样的评论总结句子，会用别的手法自然嵌入到叙事过程中。

是看到板上这
么多人叫苦，说生物研究没有life，而且还有那种要做7-8年博士后的可怕的情景，再
加上如果AP没
有成为教授，以后的就业也会很困难吧。而且从做rotation我已经感觉到自己真的不太
喜欢生物研
究，不想一天到晚读paper，做实验。
转行之后会不会真正喜欢，我不知道。但是我觉得如果不转行，我肯定不会很喜欢目前
的专业。
从医会比较miserable，但是既然都miserable，选一个收入比较高的，可能比较划算吧。
这两个也是我现在非常想转行的原因
1.不喜欢生物研究。自己不可控制的因素太多，比如要找个好老板，好博后，还不一定
能拿到好AP。
所以觉得前途很不明朗。
2.医生收入比较高，且相对比较稳定。究竟能走成什么样，基本上是靠自己，不可控制
的因素没有科
研那么多。一步一个脚印努力学习，前途比较清晰，就是med school+resident->
doctor，虽然
不会大富大贵，但是凭借自己努力，进入upper middle class的路线比较清晰。

跟美国大城市比，工资低很多。
跟美国中小城市比，房价高很多。
我本人在多伦多，没有觉得怎么miserable，还能生活，确实没有好到什么地方。
加元跟美元1:1，很多店面还是1.5的汇率。属于shameless一类的。
所谓多元文化就是从其他国家找人来pay tax和生tax payer。基本是joke。

我要讲的这个村子，在当年西藏第三大城---江孜的东南，离城约65公里，地处拉
萨通往不丹和印度的交通要冲，是一个半农半牧地区。
村子里共有83户人家，人口约250人。
西藏的土地，名义上归国家所有，划分成大大小小的庄园，由三大领主（政府、贵
族和寺院）分别领有。
领主和庶民都分属于不同的庄园。
根据中国官方的一项调查，旧西藏土地占有结构，38%归政府，37%归寺院，此外25
%归贵族。
我们这个村，归政府，藏语叫“雄居巴”，即政府差地。
用当今东土官府的话说，所有村民都是政府这一领主的农奴。
但是在藏语中，村民们统称“米萨 (miser)”，也就是属民、庶民、百姓的意思。
本村的社会结构，从一个侧面反映了藏族传统社会---即中国官方所称“农奴制”- |

很难说林肯对奴隶制度的反感是什么时候开始的。林肯出生于蓄奴的Kentucky, 9岁搬
到印第安纳，21岁到IL；两者都是废奴的边境州。和大多数北方人一样，林肯和黑人并
没有太多交集。在林肯就任总统之前，他亲笔记录和黑人的相遇只有两次。一次是他20
岁的时候押运一船货物去密西西比，7个(beep)试图上船抢劫，被他和同伴击退了；另
一次是在一艘运输船上，林肯看到被铁链拴在一起的一群黑奴，他感叹了一下奴隶的痛
苦，然而更多的是抒发了一下黑奴在如此场景下还能兴高采烈的惊讶之情。
同样难说的是北方人对奴隶制度的反感从何而来。比较现实的一种说法将其归结于经济
利益，北方的自耕农小农场经济很难和南方基于奴隶的大种植园竞争，所以对奴隶制度
充满了敌视。严格的说这种说法并不太站得住脚，奴隶主要用于black belt地带的烟草
棉花种植园；和北方的小农场直接竞争很少。十九世纪中叶北方的工商业发展起来以后
