食品添加剂,是为改善食品色、香、味等品质以及为防腐和加工工艺的需要而加入食品中的化合物质或者天然物质。

原来写成spices and flavorings, 误导老百姓是NO MSG, 后来被禁止这么写了,

monosodium glutamate,味精有天然的,有人造的,基本上的看法是这东西吃多了有害
身体,天然的味精,比如海鲜,还有各种肉类炖的时间久了就分解产生谷氨酸钠,酱油
天然酿造的也会产生,至于天然和人造的是不是有差别,好像研究还不够。最近看的文
章,味精吃的多,容易发胖。氯化钠本身无毒,但是如果吃多了,就变有毒了,至少跟
高血压的联系还是很确定的,中国人里面死于高血压引起的疾病的概率在提高。所以我
赞同楼上有人讲的,能够少用酱油就少用。至于防腐剂什么的,酱油里的那点跟其他食
物里的比起来算什么,致癌的作用肯定没有高盐饮食对健康的影响大。我记得小时候,
家里打的酱油是生的,所以需要用酱油蘸东西吃的时候,要蒸熟酱油。所谓红烧的菜也
没那么多,一般就是肉类,蔬菜、鱼、豆制品都是白烧的,现在的趋势变了。

Gout (metabolic arthritis) is a disease created by a buildup of uric acid.
In this condition, crystals of monosodium urate or uric acid are deposited
on the articular cartilage of joints, tendons and surrounding tissues. These
crystals cause inflammation and pain, both severe. If untreated, the

是一个关于gas/liquid/solid partitioning的问题
室温下把NaCl粉末溶解在水中,请问之后它是不是不可能会挥发到空气中(或者说是不是不会有NaCl存在于气相啊)?
那如果向水中投sucrose(C12H22O11)呢?它是一种可溶性(2000 g/L @25)有机物,能用
Kaw来计算它partition在气相的浓度吗(如果我已知它在水中的浓度)?Kaw有什么
limitation吗?比如什么dilute solution?
同理能用Kaw来推算Monosodium glutamate(C5H8NNaO4)投加入水之后在气相的平衡浓度
吗?
Kaw是基于实验测得的还是基于亨利/拉乌尔定律啊?
EPI Suite提供的信息有助于解决这个问题吗?
总而言之就是把一种物质投入水中之后(已知在水中的浓度)想知道一下它在气相的浓度会是多少
