强调教，强调乐吧，所以下个月送儿子去montessori了，倒不是说觉得montessori一定
比这个好，不过觉得两边各有利弊，所以想两边各送一年。
就是比较贵了一点。排队时间是长，不过要是经常打电话去骚扰的话还是有插队可能的

样子(pre-school program)，比Kinderhouse Montessori要便宜。难道toddler
小班要贵这么多？
Kinderhouse Montessori主要下午收工太早了，不适合上班族啊。又贵，印象中假日
也很多。去年fall我看他enroll的横幅在路边挂了很久，后来又收进去挂在building的
墙上。离QC这么近，我觉得要是好的话早就收满了。 |

周六早上参加了校长的coffee meeting，听了他的介绍和一些老师和家长的发言。
周边环境不太好，对我家来说路途遥远，学校设施一般偏下，停车不便，家长都很朴实，对中文很有热情，各族裔都
有，我跟校长和中文老师提了可以去volunteer的事儿，不过ms人家不太需要这个。
这里官方的双语学校我基本放弃了，希望等娃大些能约一些家长集中给娃学中文，或者
上学后送慈济或者其他的中文学校。

childtime 和kindercare我比较熟，不过都是AZ这边的，我感觉这两个地方都不太好，
kindercare是环境卫生不太好，总让我绝对脏兮兮的，几个月前在湾区看kindercare也
这样。childtime 老师早晚倒班，早上送去和下午去接时一般都是不同的老师，问起孩
子当天的情况来，一般都一问三不知。而且他家空调开得太大，夏天屋子里经常都是70
度，我娃去生了好多好多次中耳炎，一次之下，转到别的学校，温度一般控制在75度，
我娃就没事了。连锁店各个地方都不完全一样，但我所知道的至少都每家2个分部都这
样，所以这两个地方我一般都自动排除。
我娃在湾区上过一个多月montessori school,娃很喜欢，玩得很开心。希望也能找个这
样的学校，不过实在没有普通的也行，老师好最重要

经过网络搜寻，看别的很多家长的评论，我比较有兴趣的现在有以下几家：
Kinderhouse Montessori School （时间短，太严格。对上班的妈妈要将孩子2点左右
接走，是个挑战。）
Scripp Gluck Daycare （我已排队快2年了，同事一致说好。）
Horizon Prep
Carmel Valley Montessori School
计划短时间内参观完。

唯一不喜欢的是在校时间短，下午3点左右结束。不过可以让小孩多呆几小时，要另外

发帖数: 1587 | 21 4s一带除了学区办的preschool, 还有不少选择。我了解的就是carmel valley road 上
的kids bay. 我以前推荐过，5星，硬件一流，老师有爱心。娃3岁前在那里，几乎就没
哭过，老师很乐于抱娃。离开那里快一年了，娃还是能记得那里的老师。唯一就是略贵
，3岁前是1400+, 3-4岁是1100-1200。但是他家的假期很少。
kindercare Montessori, 硬件很好，但是我不喜欢那个owner director, 给我的感觉
像个sales ，而不是一个有爱心的caregiver. 不过这只是我的个人印象。
kidscare club 硬件也不错，地点也方便，但是我去参观的时候也留下了跟上面那家类
似的印象。没有更深入的了解。有不止一家朋友的孩子在那里，他们的评价还不错。
其他还有一家教会的名字好像是叫Bishop preschool 好像。我没有接触过，不敢妄言
，有朋友的孩子上，据他们说也有可取之处。
lifetime Montessori 娃我邻居老印医生家庭的娃在那里。他们给这个学校也是5星。
主要的赞美是教的东西多。

话都不是很会讲。
联系了个LEGACY MONTESSORI SCHOOL, 看评论是基督教学校，我女儿没有宗教信仰，这
样的情况能进吗？

问有没有家长要求期间送孩子,如果人数足够的话他们还会开，但是要另外收费。
我不记得老大送preschool的时候有没有spring break，还要另外交钱。
送到这个montessori， 只是因为接送方便。但是发现有一些以前没见过的规定。
比如说，要一个月的押金。每月还要求前一个月的25日之前交钱。
是不是湾区的preschool都有spring break? |

目前考察过的有：
1. Stratford
2. Little flower
3. Mission Valley Montessori
4. Kimberly Hills
5. ABC Magic Moments Preschool
6. Mission San Jose Children's Center
感觉都没有找到最好的感觉。
Stratford的硬件不错，教室环境也很好，但是老师不是老莫就是老印，口音重的很。
Little flower完全是老印的business。
Mission Valley Montessori的环境不错，看起来也很organize。老师校长东亚裔墨西
哥裔居多，师生比例很高，一个老师带很多小孩。
Kimberly Hills是教会学校，没有potty train过得小朋友收费高而且教室环境差（没
窗户）。考虑再三不准备送教会学校。
ABC Magic Moments Preschool排不上队。

。Hacienda死贵，后妈有点舍不得花那么多钱。听说Pleasanton Bilingual
