行啊，于是强行吃下去，他喊得太厉害，就被呛了然后吐了出来，结果又要重来一次
好不容易哄好他，他也累得睡了，就放到小床，才睡了一个多小时他又哭起来，估计是
很不舒服，抱着才能睡，一放到床上就马上翻起来喊，我只能让他睡我旁边，小小的滚
烫的身子，手脚却是冰凉的，这是高烧的症状，，，，我躺在他旁边，只能陪着他，看
着他，什么都做不了，眼泪不争气的流出来，祈祷他能快点退烧
迷迷糊糊陪着他，到了凌晨5点，烧退了，我就没给他吃药，一直到昨天一整天都是温

tylenol就不要用motrin。

motrin肾毒性比较大，tylenol肝毒性比较大，两种都是儿科常用的，算比较安全的。

儿子半夜发烧，吃了家里的原来有的 Children's Motrin Liquids，一个小时不见什么
效果。打电话给医生，说是有可能是药有问题。再过一个多小时后烧退了一些，不知道
是自然的过程，还是要还是有用。
折腾了一清早，找邻居帮忙看孩子，出发去稍微远一点的要点，因为附近的几家药店都
说 Children's Motrin 缺货。后来孩子他妈在第一个进去的 Rite Aid 就买到了。我
就觉得奇怪，回来打电话一检查 NDC 号码，好家伙，果然是属于召回的药品。只好再
折腾，在另外一家CVS买了片剂。
现在有几个选择项，大家觉得我选那个比较合适？
1，把刚从 Rite Aid 买的丢掉
2，去 Rite Aid 退钱或者换
3，问 Rite Aid 怎么办，然后它怎么说怎么办。

发帖数: 381 | 15 我将家里的Tylenol和Motrin对照了一下，居然发现所有3瓶Motrin都在list上，此外还有3瓶Tylenol NDC在recall list的，但有的没有外面的盒子，没有UPC code。去他们给的网站填了一下，要药物的名称，NDC以及LOT number，还有过期日期，此外问要coupon还是refund。
其中一半以上已经给两个宝吃过了，即便有质量问题也没办法了，所以给宝宝吃药还是要特别慎重，必要时才吃啊
另外，刚刚也收到了TRU有关此消息的来信 |

2. 计算需要的药量
a.如果用Tylenol,就乘以15mg/kg，得150mg
b.如果用motrin, 就乘以10mg/kg, 得100mg
3. 计算需要的剂量
a.根据Tylenol的浓度80mg/0.8ml,推算出需用1.5ml剂量
b.motrin浓度50mg/1.25ml，计算需用剂量为2.5ml |

any tylenol，就是指普通泰诺，所以不包括泰诺pm及其他几类

家里常用的止痛消炎药，属 Non-steroid anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID)类。主要用
于关节炎、头痛、一般的发烧感冒、月经不适等。Ibuprofen is safer than
Acetaminophen，thus is recommended.
如长期用，请注意胃的不适。

请教一个问题，如果年龄和体重不符的宝宝，比如年龄小体重比较重的宝宝是该

还有Tylenol虽然recall了，不过还可以买店牌子的有效成分一样的药，用量标准是相
同的。我猜Tylenol的有效成分就叫acetaminophen。
