我现在在mountain view, CA做contract,年底就离开了,我住的房子会空出来,我的房东
是个特别nice的美国夫妇(女的是美国人,男的是个印度人,不过放心很干净啦, hehe),
他们有3间房要出租,两个房间小点, share一个卫生间,大的套一个.小的每间650 per
month,大的800一个月,我估计也可以讲价.我现在是住那个800的.反正我住的一直都很
自在. 每间房子里面还有家具,写字台,椅子什么的.有两间还有床.
地方离google不远,开车或者bus都很方便.谁有兴趣,给我发信啦. |

这是一个位于Mountain View和palo alto交界处的condo，San Antonio／Showers Dr交
界处，在一个gated community 里面一个三层complex的二楼，约950sqft，木地板，空
调，房间内有洗衣机和烘干机，有阳台，配2个停车位，小区有游泳池和clubhouse，邻
居大多都是owner，学区也非常好
近caltrain进城很方便，走路到各大超市（whole food，safeway，walmart，target，
Trader Joe），走路到san antonio shopping center，开车10分钟到mountain View
Castro以及palo Alto University Avenue，近Google／Linkedin／FB等大公司，生活

续续面了7到8家小公司，leetcode不完整地刷了3-4遍。最近通过朋友内推google，今
天下午电面。recuriter给约的NY的电话面试，烙印问了java的基础，两道题目，第一
题非常基础（刷过题目就一定会），第二题是类似valid sudoko（but only one pass
）.
面试一小时后打来电话，询问约on site的地点。NY还是CA的Mountain view。
楼主之前面的小公司都不给offer，google纯粹有枣没枣打三竿。现在给onsite还有点
犹豫。打听到google seattle的office面试管很多都是MS过去的，工作10多年，经验超
丰富，很多面试者被碾压。而CA的面试官很多是毕业后工作1-2年的，相对容易过。
版上能人多，想要打听下，google的NY和CA的Mountain view哪个onsite相对容易。

不知道Orange会不会上TR和照片,我先简单说一下上周六Battleship Mountain hike.
Orange, Toad, masaki couple and me 总共五人周六早上八点在MCC停车场碰头,九点
钟来到First Water Trail Head. Battleship Mountain比我预计的要难爬,我们在
Battleship上大概走了3/4,后来越来越难,也越来越危险,所以我们决定放弃登顶.下了
Battleship之后,大家还是兴致很浓,于是我们决定绕长路换一条路走回去.最后借着月
光,我们八点多才回到trail head. 这时大家又累又渴,于是赶快杀到蓝天去大吃一顿.
这个hike有点太难了,好几人给仙人掌扎得哇哇叫.下次去个容易点的hike.

九月十二日的那个周末和南湾的一个登山俱乐部的人一起去爬 Mt Whitney。我
们上山走的是 Mountaineer's Route，然后从 Main Trail 下来，早上四点三刻
出发，下午五点一刻回来，总耗时十二个半小时。
1. The Acclimation，半个 Mt. Dana
由于之前回国的几周都没怎么动过，对自己的身体状况没什么底，再加上也要对
高海拔有所适应，便决定周五去爬 Mt. Dana。原计划早上七点出发，中午便能
到 Dana trailhead，留4－5个小时爬山，下午四五点便能出发去 Whitney
Portal。但由于一些意外的耽搁，到 Yosemite 东门的时候已经一点半。 而且
天上也开始有云聚集，于是决定边走边看，走多少算多少。
