要注意的方面。欢迎其他有经验的大侠来补充指正。
第一，首先要明白这是一个很正式的文件。严格来说你只有一个版本的MSPE。你在申请
住院医的时候如果用了，将来可能也只有用同样的版本了。因为有很多programs会保留
申请材料很多年的，你申请fellow的时候没准人家又掏出你当年申请住院医的材料比较
比较。如果你自己居然出现两个版本的MSPE就有点奇怪了。
第二，MSPE 好像就是在临床科室轮转的出科鉴定。大家都有模板，说不定还是同一个
模板，所以如果要弄的话，可能要自己重新写每个鉴定。否则，搞不好大家的MSPE每个
句子几乎都一样，只是换了几个形容词而已。
第三，因为美国人对中国的医学院校大多都不是很了解，我听说的有的人在MSPE里附上
自己学校的介绍（最好是从官方网站上面直接搞下来），好像效果不错。
说了半天，我其实觉得没必要搞这个东西，特别是毕业很久了的同学。人家可能更关心
你近5年来做了什么做得怎么样。

before November first. Many PDs don't expect any surprises from MSPE.
Because every U.S. medical school will submit MSPE to ERAS so AMGs'
applications appear "complete" before the MSPE release date.
If you don't submit MSPE nor choose a placeholder your application will not
be "complete". This will prevent some programs from reviewing your
application. |

1. ERAS申请是9月15日递交（比往年延后了半个月)
2. 对MD申请者而言,MSPE向Program Release的是10月1日(比往年提前了一个月）
也就是说, Programs从拿到申请到收到MSPE是半个月,而不是以前的两个月．据说， 这
些改动是在对Programs进行Survey的基础上作出的,估计多数的IV邀请会在10月1日后就
会陆续发出.可以预见，准备好申请Package能在9月15日当天及时递交是非常重要的,
同时MSPE可能会在整个申请Package中的份量会加重, 或可能是Package完整性不可或缺
的组成部分．过去每年都会有对毕业比较久的IMG而言MSPE有没有用的讨论，个人觉得
，对今年的申请而言, 如果还没有办理的话,趁现在在国内即将开学，最好还是办理一
个,免得到时候让系统生成个空白的， 因为没有内容使申请受到影响． |

If you can get an MSPE from your school (must be signed by a school officer
and have a school seal on it), go ahead to get one. If you can't get one,
you may indicate this on CAF. The system will make your application "
complete", and PDs understand no MSPE from you. |

Yes you can send ECFMG ERAS Support Services the original, accompanied by a
completed DSF. Make a copy for your personal records (that means you can
open the envelope before sending it out).
Our school let us to read our MSPE. |

That means sending the MSPE to ERAS with the DSF generated in ECFMG OASIS. |

，有一封好的MSPE可以夸夸自己的临床技能什么的。
如果打算搞的话，一定要好好搞，否则还不如别搞了。因为MSPE有点像PS一样，想写好
了很难的。要小心，别万一弄巧成拙了，呵呵。 |

No cover sheet for MSPE but a DSF is required, send it in just like the
transcript. It's not an LOR. |

for applications. For example,
PD A: CAF, PS, at least 1 LOR, transcript, passing step 1 score
PD B: CAF, PS, 3 LORs, MSPE, transcript, step 1 score >= 210, step 2 CK
score >= 210.
If you submit only one LOR and no MSPE, your application will be reviewed by
PD A but not PD B. |

many don't treat MSPE seriously, especially for IMGs.
If you can get a good one from your school, go for it. It's better than
nothing. |

东西办一下不是太麻烦，没有什么坏处，一次性解决了省得以后再部。
写的时候就是到网上搜了一下，都是很简单的，什么时候入学，念了几年，什么专业，
期间拿过什么奖学金。实习轮转的科目时间成绩列一下就好了，没有写每个科室的小结
。我当时完全不记得轮转时间，请同学去档案处帮我查的。上医档案保存的非常完整，
都可以查到。 |

寄给ECFMG我的transcript 的 copy, 以及original MSPE。我记得麦地上曾有人让
ECFMG 把学校的transcript发给ERAS。所以应该是你得跟ECFMG联系，让他们这么做；
他们并不会自动就给你转过去。
