i think i have not been confusing my muscle for a long while. haven't see

从去年9月份开始想练习能做这个动作:

因为练习 weighted pull up (3rm) 导致 elbow 受伤。 结果连pull up 都大幅度退步了。 有半年多的时间只能做chin up, over hand grip pull up 一做eblow 就疼痛。 今年终于恢复。 昨天试了一下 muscle up。 终于勉强完成 2个 ( not continuous). grip 单杠后利用身体紧绷瞬间马上上拉。

Tried it yesterday, and it was good. Core, balance, endurance, etc, etc.
The question is, will it bulk up your muscle? I mean if we rank muscle size
gained from the following practices, where will TRX fit in?
1. Traditional Barbell/Dumbbell free weights, 3x5, 5x5, Olympic, Weider/
Arnold style
2. Cross fit, kettle bell, bumper plates barbell, explosive and endurance
3. P90X, tone and definition, with some body weight, dumbell/resistance band
training, pull ups, etc

之前比较胖。后来通过减脂,瘦下来了。
现在想增肌。去Costco买了一种巧克力味的muscle milk。
但是郁闷的是,对muscle milk过敏。喝完了以后腿上涨很多小红包。
不知有没有人遇到过这种问题?
这种情况下,还有没有别的办法补充蛋白质?
想到每次锻炼以后吃鸡胸脯。
上网搜了一下,说,鸡胸脯消化需要时间,所以不能马上补充蛋白质,所以效果一般。
还是建议运动完后吃蛋白粉。
我是不是应该试试别的牌子的蛋白粉?
PS,我有乳糖不耐症,喝牛奶会拉肚子。
但是每天早上我喝豆浆,没事。
除了这次的muscle milk,在我记忆里,还没有对其他的食物过敏过。

终于熬出来了,这经历对我来说太神奇了,写出来大家共赏一下.
起因: 骑马造成的.刚刚学会用腿部肌肉控制cantering的pose.教练老说控制的不够好,
因为局部肌肉develop的不够.十二月的第一个周末,去了一个all inclusive的ranch,2
天,马任骑.于是两天骑了8个小时,中间觉得自己的控制力慢慢提高,很enjoy.
过程: 回来的前两天比较僵硬,觉得缓一缓就好了.第三天出现delayed onset muscle
soreness,大腿后内侧,对称的两条肌肉. 基本到了坐立不安的程度,上Ibuprofen. 第四
天 是最严重一天,只能趴着.坐下站不起来,站着坐不下.坐车时候轻微摇晃都会肌肉
spasm,泪流满面.下午去拍了x-ray,骨骼正常,上cyclobenzaprine.大夫都吓着了,说要
是5天不缓解有可能是神经受伤了,要动手术。之后十天从基本不能自理的状态慢慢缓
解.之后恢复轻微的肌肉锻炼,如慢跑,可以缓解疼痛。
结果:到现在一个月了,局部肌肉还有轻微stiffness.另一个让人惊奇的结果是:我后腿
面有两块巴掌大的橘皮,很久了.一直是我穿泳装的心... 阅读全帖

outer", "inner" chest? Or isolate train your "lower 2 pack" of abs? Oh man
, "cofuse" your muscle is so hilarious. If you are bored about doing the
same exercises over and over again, you may want to switch it up. But to "
confuse" your muscle, that is ridiculous.

muscle 有几个等级, myofiber 是最内部的,myofiber成为 muscle bundle,而
muscle bundle 又需要一个摸把他们fix起来。

First time posting here. I was looking for muscle milk on amazon and typed
that in the search field. I then filtered on anything over 70% off, and
found that a 12 pack of muscle milk banana creme flavor was selling for 24

briefly, nausea/vomit, headache, tinnitus, shoulder pain.
and seems muscle relaxant does work for you.
so I guess this is spur of cervical spine, pressing your carotid artery (
headache, tinnitus and nausea) and nerves (shoulder muscle spasm). Xray or
CT may show us the anatomical structure.
Just my guess.

但是亚洲娃里也有正常范围和low muscle tone的,我周围见过的娃,我娃明显比所有

不知道这个产品怎么样 不过我想也不外乎就是乳清蛋白+各种支链氨基酸+矿物质,试
试也无妨
一般来说 训练前吃复合碳水+蛋白质,这里可以不吃蛋白粉,whole food也很好。训练
后简单碳水+ 蛋白质,这时候蛋白粉快速吸收的好处就体现出来了,当然也不是必须的
,但毕竟比蹲在一边吃10个蛋要方便得多
confusing muscle是指每隔一定时间,改变你的training program,使肌肉对练习保持
新鲜感。具体来说,可以分为:改变routine split, 改变训练时间、训练频率,每个
部位使用新动作,或者同样动作但是不同的次序,不同的rep范围(比如原来8~10次,
现在4~6次)。一般4~6周换一下。这个时间不是绝对的,比较合理的衡量标准是,当你
某个动作连续3个星期没有任何进步(不能加一个最小重量,也不能多做一次),马上
换动作,因为很可能肌肉已经厌倦了这个动作,你的神经系统无法调动更多的肌肉纤维
参与到这个练习中来。
关于train to muscle failure的问题,我以前也认为每组必到failure才有效。 但其
实必须考虑到肌肉恢复能力的问题

怎么keep smooth muscle cell 不de-differentiation in primary cell culture。我
刚刚到这个实验室,刚刚开始和smooth muscle cell打交道,他们的细胞养几代就de-
differentization,就没有办法用了。他们别的人都是用tissue,只有我用cell,老板
也没什么好办法....让我自己figure out~~~~大家有什么经验么?跪求....

就实验研究手段而言,两者有啥区别?
satellite cell可以认为是muscle stem cell,我看到paper上大部分都是小鼠in vivo
的实验。primary myoblast实际上也是将satellite cell传代分离得到的。那么,假如
体外培养muscle stem cell,不就变成了myoblast?

我觉得在identify Pax7 + satellite cell 之后,之前的很多myoblast cell culture
protocol可能需要re-consider了。比如上面那个protocol,neonatal mice limb
muscle.分离出来的很有可能是混杂了satellite cell以及committed myoblast cell的
mixture,而到底是哪种细胞长起来就很难说了。
adult的myoblast cell culture好像没有吧。 我没有仔细查过文献,只是大概的尝试
过几次,觉得从adult muscle fiber分离出来的细胞体外很难长。
