favor. And using these arm may also let the nanoparticles form better array. I
saw one guy used atar polymer to form hexagonal structure (100 micron X 100

applications, no matter how well you cap it. So the issue is the material of
the nanoparticle core, not the ligands (arms) aroud it. People have been able
to make sort of biocompatible nanoparticles by incorpting PEG and peptides
onto nanoparticle surface, but still there is no way to make them intact in
physilogical conditions for a long time. Nanoparticles with gold or silica
cores are more likely to be used for real in vivo |

in general are good for in vivo application, since they tends to accumulate
non-specifically in liver, spleen, bone marrow and lymph nodes, which are
organs with sinusoidal capillary. In addition, they have difficulties
extravasating out of the blood stream.

Pt，Au，Ag，Pd等。有的文献也提到了不同的晶面有着不同的催化效果。我个人对此方
向比较感兴趣，希望和有关朋友探讨一下。
有几个比较宏观的问题想请教：
1. shape-controlled nanoparticles合成的难度如何？因为我毕竟不是学化学化工出
身，尽管实验条件允许，但我不确定我能否比较高效的合成，请指点一二。
2. 目前看到的很多文献，都是几个知名学者比如Peidong Yang, Zhonglin Wang,
Younan Xia等做的。而且Pt似乎是最受关注的。我个人对纳米领域不是很懂，我目前看
到的几乎都是他们做的因此比较好奇。为什么只有华人学者做这方面的研究？这是一个

mechanical test of nanocomposites, nanoparticles/graphene hybrid,
thermoelectric materials.还与同事合写了solar cell和supercapacitor方面的研究。
曾经review了一些文章，涉及CVD CNTs, CNTs composites, bucky paper, thermal

7nm, 14nm的都是形成链状的aggregates。请问大家我从哪里可以买到一些不同大小的
silica nanoparticles而且还要表面没有被functionalized的？Size的大小可以从5nm-
500nm不等，但是要monodisperse的。谢谢。 |

上是不是。因为这个反应citrate过量，所以很可能没有完全氧化成CO2（要是只生成
CO2就好办了……）。我在网上找的这个图看描述是个学生写的，也没ref，我猜是他自
己琢磨出来的。
我Endnote里有几百篇Au nanoparticle的文章，我看过全文的也有两百多篇吧，包括十
来篇综述，很邪门从没有看到过任何完整的反应式。大家顶多把HAuCl4那个半反应写出
来，谁关心citrate变成什么了阿。
只是马上要提交thesis答辩了，老板心血来潮非要我写完整的反应式还要引文献，所以
才来这里问。只希望有人做过类似的citrate过量的反应，能提示我一下。说产物就是
CO2的，不管冲不冲，我也谢谢你了 |

量的，这样反应结束后才有多余的citrate吸附在Au Nanoparticle的表面使其稳定。严
格的说方程式右面的Au不应该是简单的Au(s)，而是(Au)m(C3H5O(COO)33-)n这么个东西
，既然m,n都不知道，或者说大部分反应得到的都是不均一的m,n值，那配平这个反应就
没有意义了，这可能是大多数文献都没写出反应的原因吧。
不管怎样，既然citrate是过量的，而且可能的氧化产物很多，那就很难说他们就会完
全被彻底氧化，而很可能是生成所有可能的氧化产物的mixture。 |

试了一些表面活性剂(SDBS, Pluronic acid, PEG),但是效果不是很理想，过24hr还是

溶液pH=6.7左右
