I walked over a passage formed by a huge fallen rock on the trail. By
instinct, I turned around just to cover my back. I saw that thing, twice
size of cat, standing on top of the rock, whose eyes glow a deep yellow
staring at me. It's still dark, no moon, the stars are just beautiful. But
its eyes are much bright than the star, and closer, no more than 10 feet.

2006年的圣诞节期间，去Las Vegas及其附近公园连同来回路程玩了5天，除了第二天在
Las Vagas当地闲逛，4天里，一个人开了1340 miles。
到了Las Vegas第3天，驱车前往在Utah南部的Zion National Park。事先对这个公园没
有多少了解，从地图上看也就很小的一片公园标志。既然离得不是很远，将来特意跑一
趟，肯定不值得去，而且对在Las Vegas赌博和城市风景不是很在意的我，更喜欢到大
自然里去散步。
早上8点半，离开住的旅馆MGM Grand Hotel，沿着I－15高速奔向Zion National Park
。途径三个州，NV，AZ和UT。进入UT之后，根据指示，转到9号公路。过了Springdale
，也就进入了国家公园。在地图上看Springdale，以为是个不小的小城 |

Since National revenue 1.4B and TI paid 6.5B, the valuation is not
unreasonably high. But National revenue has been declining for the past 10
years. And there are much better options than National, e.g. Intersil (whose
share price rises more than 15% after TI's news). |

到的。朋友说他们有的只是专门产生一个位置给他们熟悉的人，广告还是要打出来，但

发帖数: 921 | 24 前两天车出了点小状况，搞得心惊胆战，有朋友建议买extended warranty. 因为的车
mileage比较高，又是2003年的，所以买不到Volov原厂的extended warranty. 修车的
dealer推荐一个3rd party extended warranty, National Warranty Corp的，好像还
有点儿名。
National Comprehensive的3年/36K miles extended warranty 价格是$2600, $100
deductible. 如果在dealer那里修车，这$100就可以免了。dealer直接跟National
claim，我不用先付钱。据dealer讲，claim还比较容易。我在BBB上查了一下，它的
rate 是 B+.
比较WS的想法是，尽可能在保修期内，换零配件，估计三年后，是再也买不到什么
extended warranty了。
大家觉得，值得买吗？谢谢！！！
或者有什么好的extended warranty推荐？ |
