general 联合控告联邦政府的这总统EO,那牛逼法官给判决了个nationwide ban了， 而
且是立即生效！
随后，联邦政府还想反抗，在Facebook上陈述totally lawful 什么的声明，就但很快
就又自己删除了。
因为现在联邦地方法官判决后，你可以上诉，可当你上诉到联邦上诉法院后，没有一月
半月你搞不下来，可这期间你还得给人放开让人进来； 这到了联邦上诉法院后官司能
不能赢鬼知道，就是赢了，那些人肯定又会给你折腾到最高法院？ 那，估计又得1，2
个月的时间，因为有些case在最高法院其实已经排了几年还没有时间呢。 就是最后给

其中飞机占16.3%，大豆占12.4%，汽车占10.6%。
而中国对美国出口最大宗商品是电子产品，占了26.9%，这也不奇怪，毕竟中国是世界

执法官员周一宣布，49岁的周宇(音译，Yu Zhou)和46岁的陈莉(音译，Li Chen)从
他们工作了10年的俄亥俄州哥伦布市全国儿童医院(Nationwide Children’s Hospital
)的研究机构窃取了商业秘密。
根据一份27页的起诉书，这对夫妻涉嫌因个人利益盗窃。他们于2015年在医院不知
情的情况下，在中国成立了一家公司，销售从研究所窃取的商业秘密相关产品。起诉书
说，周宇在2017年还帮助创立了一家美国生物技术公司，用窃取到的商业秘密为产品做
广告。
这对夫妇窃取的是与外排体(exosome)有关的商业秘密，外排体可被用于研究、识
别和治疗一系列儿科疾病。
美国检察官本杰明·格拉斯曼(Benjamin Glassman)说：“全国儿童医院多年来致
力于外排体的研发，并投入了大量医院资金，以便促进医学上的光荣进步。”
