般有3部分组成，
county tax + school tax + village tax ( 有的房子没有village tax)
一般的房子(80万左右的） 地税基本上都在 1万1到1万四左右的。
great neck相比较长岛别的地方来说，地税不算高的。 |

上周六的场地太给力了。不仅好，还正如球友所说比较空，6：00PM一去就可以打全场
了！只是姐妹们要保存体力，打持久战，就分组先打了半场，后打了全场……再分组打
半场……天公做美，一直无风无雨（想我们姐姐妹妹也是见过场面的——即便大冬天，
咱不是也在大风小雨中打球嘛？！）。打到8：30PM，公园管理员也配合地一直没有出
现！天也没黑，有的童鞋还没尽兴，继续在玩儿呢！大家一致通过，场地时间不变！！
另外，周五的活动也很成功，九个姐妹、一众球友还外加零散球友…… 对了，看到对
面场地有一个大姐和一个大哥也来打球，当时忙着打比赛，也没顾上跑去和你们打招呼
，没邀请你们一起来打球……真是后悔不已……希望你们能看到这个帖子，非常欢迎你

as a pocket knife. If it's a fixed blade, you cannot conceal it no matter
how small it is. Open carry is fine (certain types are banned also there's a
blade length limit). But it'll look ridiculous with a neck knife hanging

查了查鸟书，是不是Ring-necked Duck？鸟书上（P91）画的Juvenile（Aug-Oct）和
Adult Female Breeding （Oct-Mar）很像，但是根据时间（我三月底拍的），还有翅
膀下的faint, pale "spur"，我判断是Adult Female Breeding中的鸟，你们的意见是？

孩子考天才班考了99%，报了2所manhattan 的学校，，其他的citywide学校不打算报了
。这2个学校
录取靠抽签，只有30%的机会，所以剩下的报了26里面的天才班学校作为保底。本来打
算孩子考到哪里，我们
就搬到哪里，但现在这个不明朗的形式下没办法搬家。要命的是5月21以后才发录取通
知，5/28就要拿这住址
证明去学校注册。根本来不及找房子搬家。就算找到房子也拿不到水电账单之类的证明
在那么短时间内。
所以那位同学能帮忙让我给你付2个月账单，我感激不尽，请你吃饭！ |
