我们是去年八月它刚竣工的时候搬入的第二家，赫赫。
家里就有洗衣机烘干机，跟另一个非常温和干净的男生共用一个卫生间。
living room 和厨房都非常大，屋顶非常高。这也是aquablue的特点。免水费。
我搬家的时候可以把我的床暂时借你用两个月，床是去年搬进来时候买的新的。
也许值得一提的是，我们这个房间跟另外两个房间非常远，隔着客厅和厨房。欢迎来看

购物：楼下就有grocery shop （我一半时间在这买菜）, 5mins to Target (最近刚有
蔬菜卖了), 6 mins to AP fresh (另一半时间我在这买菜，可以买到中国饺子包子和

，房租每月$900，电费与网络费用三人平摊，另外在入住时有一个半月的押金（$1350
）。室内自带洗衣机和烘干机，另外由于处在整个大楼的一楼，所以我们拥有属于自己
房间的小花园，花园正对Hudson河，景色极好。而且房间的挑高将近4米，这在美国的
公寓楼里面是不常见的。楼里面有24小时的非常友好的门卫，更有免费的健身房和露天
的游泳池（夏天开放），还有一片bbq的区域。这个building距离path站步行需要8分钟
左右，我们现在有两个人，都是NYU的PHD学生，都不吸烟，不养宠物。我们希望你是一
个易于相处的人，最好也不要抽烟，不要养宠物。入住时间9月10号以前。
附：newport是纽约周边非常好的一个区，居住的都是学生和上班族，周围治安好，即
使在深夜也是非常安全的，环境干净整洁，楼下就有非常漂亮的很长的在河边的木栈道

由于个人原因需要搬走，现转让位于Newport Easthampthon 7 楼一间studio, 房间面
积大概550feet^2, 情侣居住很合适、单人居住很自在。
房间有紧挨着的两大窗，分别朝北和东北，窗前无高楼遮挡，直面Hoboken和帝国大厦。
月租价格是$2300，电费和网费需要自己办理。
该Lease为新签，租期为今年2月底到明年1月初。由于我一直一个人住，很少做饭，房
间很干净。
下家搬入时间可商量，6.22 ～ 7.1 都行。
Lease转让流程
流程很简单，需要下家与我同去物业办理，届时下家需向物业缴纳一个月的房租作为押
金和当月房租。Lease转让的fee由我承担。
