我什么时候说过折叠枪托是nfa了？允许不允许当然和州有关，MD不允许非公民full
auto，其他没要求，找atterny general office管firearms的mark bowen去问，
VA我记得我看过法律，sbr，suppressor一律不许非移民，记错了不负责，不过VA就一垃圾州

至于state law，MD可以找Mark Bowen确认，理论上atterny general不应该给你意见，不过他每次都回答问题

当年我们这里的dealer说只要ATF说可以就可以，我就打电话给ATF NFA Branch Office
了，然后他们回电话说他们以前基本没人问这个问题，他们做了research没问题，而且
态度很好，
不过真的要买枪店说ATF要写纸上让我给他们看，我觉得让先打电话拿到说可以的agent
的名字，再让枪店打电话给ATF找这个人应该也没问题，只要你有兴趣不闲烦，问题应

考虑16的可以考虑18
18可以可靠的上rifle length gas system(RLFS)，17也可以，但17基本全是定制的，
拿18或20的管子锯短些，17现货一般没得买。18上的gas system比较多了些，有mid
length, intermediate length和rifle length，从后坐舒适性还有零件磨损性来讲，
rifle length最好，但市场上不是很多见，BCM(Bravo Company Mfg)的18 upper都是
rifle length，质量非常高，可以看看。
18的初速比16高一些，存速也大，可以比较有效对付较远目标，特别是配合重些弹头使
用(如77gr OTM的Mk 262子弹)。Navy的Mk12 SPR就是这个用途。近战，看家，一两百码
打猎，SHTF等不一定需要18，其实16的AR对付三四百码之外的目标镜子配好了也可以.
18的份量要重些，可以考虑不用四面全长导轨，而是像Mk12上碳素纤维护木加3/6/9短
导轨。

gas system是导气管长度不同。carbine length gas system原先是给11英寸短管Colt
AR
设计的并保留到14.5英寸枪管的M4上了，但mid-length gas system在14.5枪管上也完
全可以
使用，在16英寸枪管上更是没有问题。carbine length gas system因为导气管短，压
力大，
零件磨损高，后坐更强烈。mid-length则有效解决了这些问题。
如果你不买NFA限制的短管枪(枪管总厂小于16英寸的)，mid-length是更好的选择。 |

和本帖相关之处在于，消音器短步枪机枪这些nfa家伙，是可以用trust名义购买的……
据我了解一些公民要买这些东西也是用trust名义，并不放在自己个人名下。

哪国公民这一栏下面就是问你是不是移民并且问你的Alien#是什么。在程序上就和非公
民买枪一样，当然批不批是ATF的事情。
另外发现全自动和SBR（？）的程序费只要5块钱而不是消音器的200块，大概从1936年
到现在就没变过 |

发帖数: 16240 | 24 大家都习惯的说法是trunk gun，扔后厢为了万一之备
最大特点要皮实可靠，并且要在里面咣荡不心疼。
所以一般都是霰弹枪或者卡宾担负这任务。
我这里说“车内枪”，主要原因是德州城堡法涵盖车辆。
所以和相当多地方不同的是，在德州就算没有携枪证，也可以在人伸手可及的地方隐蔽
放置火器——当然必须是隐蔽存放。
但长枪显然不适合放车内。
如果弄个SBR或者SBS……猴子屯毕竟还不是摩加迪沙啊没必要那么夸张吧
鉴于车窗被砸的可能性远远高于住宅被闯入
这种车内枪失窃概率也很大……
所以我在想，如果要搞一支的话，价格低廉肯定也是重点考虑因素。
（这就更排除NFA类型的东西了）
再加上安全性
再加上可靠
什么比较合适呢？
和某老大聊天，发现我一直忽视了这么一位：
话说——
百元出头（以前便宜的时候没下手，唉）
左轮的安全性
著名的over-engineering
子弹不便宜但和大部分左轮子弹比也没什么
威力比.38 spl和.380 ACP强不少，
略强于.32 Mag，略弱于.38 spl +P
弱点：
双动扳机力……而且这东西真要万一用到了，左轮打单动显然很不利
全金属的，怕锈 |

receiver上刻上自己的名字和地址。也是因为这个，很多人宁愿申请一个NFA Trust，
然后把Class 3 Weapon都放在Trust下面。这样的话，你就不用把你的大名刻在武器上
了，刻Trust的名字和注册地址就好。
AR pistol当手枪打的话，太重。当rifel的话，太短。控制不好，我见过最惨的是
buffer tube打到嘴 |

is an NFA regulated item which requires rather simple/complicated paperwork
based on your state law.
You won't be deaf unless you put your ear next to the muzzle, then you maybe
deaf in one year. Some short term ringing maybe, mostly reversible, but
death is not reversible.

"18.5" is the accepted standard, the federal limit is 18". Remember Randy
Weaver of Ruby Ridge got in trouble for trimming shotgun barrels just a bit
tooo much. 1/10th of an inch under 18" will get you federal jail time. Why
tempt fate and the ATF guy screwing up his measuring tape... stick with 18.5
".
With a Class III NFA license you can get a short barreled shotgun (14") but
it's a major pain in the butt for very little actual gain."
