设置了NFS mount
如果把本子带出家门
没有LAN了
开机的时候机器还拼命的找NFS试图mount
所以特别慢
如果在fstab把nfs那行注释掉就一切安好
可是用不了NFS了
请问NFS有办法优化一下不让他开机的时候玩命mount么？

if i nfs boot from /home/user1/fs, it boots fine.
Then i "sudo cp -Ra /home/user1/fs /home/wds",
then try to nfs boot from /home/wds/fs, it says
VFS: Unable to mount root fs via NFS, trying floppy.
VFS: Cannot open root device "nfs" or unknown-block(2,0)
Please append a correct "root=" boot option; here are the available
partitions:
1f00 128 mtdblock0 (driver?)
1f01 1664 mtdblock1 (driver?)
1f02 256 mtdblock2 (driver?)
1f03 3072 mtdblock3 (driver?)

1) how to mount NFS disks exported by other mac computer using command line?
2) I mounted a NFS disk through Directory Utility, but might be somthing
wrong, the mounted disk is only accessible by root, and they can not be
unmounted even I deleted it from Directory Utility, could you tell me how to
unmount this error mounting points? |

子上没问题。在Windows xp 下面用 microsoft SFU 3.5 中的 nfs client， 发现这玩
意竟然不支持 unicode 文件名（没地方设置）。别的客户端比如 nfsaxe 支持
unicode，但就这小破玩意还要卖$$！
问问大侠们在Windows 下用什么nfs client 可以支持unicode？(samba 不考虑） |

nfs: server 10.50.180.36 not responding, still trying
now this iptables script is from the test i had in ubuntu desktop,
and it works.
But when i try the 1st line in the embedded system,
system hangs with

。打算把他配置成文件服务器，接上外置硬盘，这样android，itouch还有windows笔记
本都能访问外置硬盘里面文件，比如小电影，小图片，小说之类。
实验室搞的是nfs服务器，不过都是linux桌面，mount nfs很容易。
如果是我这样的需求，配置成什么比较好？samba吗？或者别的什么服务？ |

好像不能把一个里面有mounting point的文件夹整个扔NFS
把每个mounting point逐个搞就好了
但是速度没提高太多
试了下插网线无论samba还是无线都是55MB
无线NFS能到13MB，samba到8MB
神油5G外加7260AC
我承认7260AC配的天线不太好
但是也不至于这样吧？ |

node1:/u1 /u1 nfs timeo=14,intr
然后node0用SMB share /u1 和本地硬盘 /u0 给Windows computer.
现在发现在Windows computer上一次从/u1上读很大的文件会有

但读node0本地的硬盘/u0就没问题.

前天这台client正常。 昨天早上来
发现很多窗口没了，说swap有问题，于是Reboot, 在
Mounting NFS filesystems 打住了，
抱错说: NFS portmap: Port Mapper failure
- RPC: Timed out
并不断重试抱错。
以为是server的问题，于是就去Reboot, 抱同样
的错 （这个server好象本身也设置成了一个client,
所以也mount)，用ctrl+c跳过后能正常使用，
用PC 或 unix client mechine （跳过mount) 也可以
romote login。 但是就是unix文件共享有问题，
请问是什么问题，该怎么办？？ 谢谢 |

大前天发现这个游戏的，发现正是这几天上市，今天周末顺便去买了个回来。
在PS2上，用Logic G25方向盘，玩了一个小时，有点失望。
以前在电脑上玩过若干代NFS，从二代开始玩起，最后是Underground 1和2，
一直都觉得还不错，很好玩。
一年前买了个PS2，主要是玩Gran Turismo 4 - the Real Driving Simulator，
为此配了个G25方向盘。开始喜欢这种'Simulation'风格的，不再玩NSF之类‘赛车游戏’
买了这个ProStreet也是听说是NFS以此从纯‘游戏’向‘接近现实’方向靠拢。
（其实以前的Porsche那一代就试图靠拢过，我觉得太难玩了，放弃了）
开始说回ProStreet，玩了一年的GT4还没玩厌，自然忍不住要拿这两个来比，
1。画面，同样是在代表若干年前水平的PS2上，GT4可以到1080i，ProStreet只有480i，
这一下子让我太不习惯了，速度快了，画面分辨率不够真的会眼晕。
也许PC, xBox360, PS3上的效果会好些，EA懒得像PI做GT4那 |

带的两个比赛，后一个还好，没啥难度，第一个赛道窄，有点像rally，到了后期一不
小心就total掉，实在太芬特了。total了几次就没再打，手感确实变化太多了，和NFS:
MW的区别就不用说了，和GT/Forza/PGR手感也很不同，其实感觉还好。但是我从来玩不
转rally，所以对其中的一部分比赛毫无期待。
PGR4画面对于PGR3有一定提升，手感没啥区别，demo比较有诚意，有多个比赛，比赛中
加入摩托车实在太没有意义了，被我的车一撞就翻，实在太欺负人了，有点犯罪的感觉
。别的也谈不上什么，PGR3我还没通 |

然后把/home/echte/NAS导出成NFS文件夹
在client上一mount
进去看见四个分区的mount point
再进一层就全是空的了
搜了半天
不是说权限问题
就是说root_squash
可是这两样都试了个遍
啥用没有
不知道达人能不能给点思路

其次，在 RHEL5 server 的 firewall 上为 LOCKD, MOUNTD, STATD, RQUOTAD, NFSD,
PORTMAPPER 开了一堆的洞，光选择 truested service 为 NFS4 好像不成。
大牛们，咋整啊？
记得几年前用 NFS，好像随便一设就成啊，没这么麻烦过。。。 |
