Hudson is a little bit far. But buy house at Both Nashua or Hudson maybe
not a good idea, you have to pay 2% property tax(I was renting a house
when I was there and went to work at MA). 03062 of Nashua elementary
school is a good one. But South Nashua High is just so so. Sales tax is no
difference at MA or NH since most people will go to NH to buy and food is
not taxed at MA.

一天大概工作4个小时,主要就是仓库帮忙收包裹,打包, 当然如果合作好,希望变成full
time也可以的. 工作时间暂定周一到周五 11-3 (flexible), 试用期 12刀 每小时,
一个月以后如果合作满意,转正 15刀 一小时.
如果需要加班会协商, 自愿加班,会按照加班时间一样付工资. 工作地点在NH derry,

Lincoln NH. It was all sunny and nice all the way from Boston, but by the time
we hit the trail head, guess what, it started to SNOW. Felt like rain but more
solid than not, we were surprised by the early sign of winter. We did go on
our hiking trip as planned, and saw the forliage the first half of the trip,
and a winter scene of snow on pine tree the second half. Didn't go to the top
because we were not fully equipped |

The houses right off exit 1 of route 3 on the left, if you go north, are in
this school district. Middle school and high school are not good. If you
work in MA, you have to pay state income tax to MA. Only if you both work
and live in NH, you don't need to pay the state income tax.As others said,
the property tax is higher in NH. Have you ever considered the northern
towns in MA?

I will be relocating to this area in summer but certainly not familar with
the locals. My vague impression tells me that NH has overall good education
, but was surprised by the so-so schools in Nashua and Hudson. The housing
in Hudson looks tempting, but without good schools this does not mean too
much. I have three little ones (oldest will go to Kindergarten this year),
so public schools probably the best option.

从他那里得知的住NH的好处
1.房子便宜（买房可能影响大，租房可能没有太大区别吧）
2.车保险之类便宜一半都不止，买车也可以少好像6%还是多少的消费税
3.Nashua的治安比Lowell好，Lowell downtown一带治安比较差，要是远离downtown还
好。但是要是LD上英语学校，都在downtown，有些担心。刚刚上班，要是每天请假接送
也不好。等到LD驾照考下来，熟悉情况之后住哪儿都可以了。 |
