加上我自己的感觉，由此得出结论。
各个大药厂之间从各方面都有竞争。中国在life sciences领域较雄厚的底子（尤其是
化学）和这几年的长足发展（特别是生物）产生了一个巨大的智力资源市场，在一两个
大公司开始发掘这个资源后，其他大公司自然不会落后，因为他们害怕在这个方面输给
别人。
我从很多方面了解制药业动态，各种杂志报道，大会小会，八卦聊天。Nature/Science
上的original paper我一篇也看不懂，但是我发现其他一些版面：business, news
feature，jobs等版面经常有非常前瞻性的讨论，看看这些版面，你也能嗅出些什么。 |

发帖数: 479 | 41 我最后一个rotation是industry，个人不喜欢，公司里的pharmacist主要都是做
literature research 和medical liaison，经常要出差，对拖家带口的不是很好。而
且我个人不喜欢公司的环境，总感觉team大了做事效率很低，很多时间都在开会，有的
时候没有工作也得坐在电脑前装模作样，另外对语言要求个人觉得比做pharmacist还要
高，尤其想往公司上层走的话，更注重谈判技巧和network，所以我们第一代没有优势
。稳定的话就更不用说了，我实习这家公司的一个pharmacist pharmD毕业又加两年
residency （她做的informatics），在Novo Nordisk上了几年班后遇到经济危机被
layoff了，因为拖家带口不想relocate，又加上很久没有practice的经验所以也找不到
practice的工作，在家呆了挺久的，不过她说拿到一笔很可观的补偿金。后来失业挺长
一段时间去了我实习的那家小公司part time。 |
