看了186后说他们不能在这个上面盖章，说他们要加一页纸，用他们自己的有proper
notary wording的文件上盖，也不能在照片上盖，不过告诉我可以去ups 和fedexkinko
试试。我去了fedex，以同样的理由被拒，说这种文件不符合要求，还专门打了他的热
线去问，也被上级告知不可办。就在失望之余，我又去了ups,那个大叔还不错，只是嘟
囔了几句说这个wording有问题，查了我的证件后，还是给办了。建议大家多试几家。
总有人愿意办。我宝贵的一天就这样被浪费了。 |

text. The notarizition of Photograph Identification didn't work for them.
Other than that, everything is fine. So dont worry about getting signatures
from SFDA. Original documents without envelopes will work. Nabp's review
process is fast.
I also find a local notary public who is willing to notarize my application. |

项，要求6月20号必须回复。

到信，IO#0309.内容一样：

办的是标准的六页出生公证（1.封面。中文，title“公证书”，下面有注明是哪个公
证处；2.中文，title“公证书”，有注明公证事项：出生。有申请人信息，出生年月
日和父母姓名；3. 英文。第二页的英文翻译，title“NOTARIAL CERTIFICATE"; 4. 中
文，公证事项：译本与原本相符。title“公证书”;5.英文。第四页英文翻译，title
“NOTARIAL CERTIFICATE”；6.封皮），交的是原件。
不明白IO还需要什么证明？难道把材料弄丢了？还是只是看到个写有“公证书”的文件

to certify the following receipts are the copy of the originals', 或者类似的
话。. 然后拿着这份文件和原件去找NOTARY PUBLIC。让NOTARY PUBLIC 在每个复印的
收据下敲个图章。接着去这个NOTARY PUBLIC 所属的COUNTY CLERK去敲第二个图章。接
着去STATE CLERK 敲第三个图章。最后拿这个文件去中国领事馆认证一下。
STATE CLERK在华尔街地区，COUNTY CLERK在CITY HALL那边。所以你可以在CITY HALL
附近找个NOTARY PUBLIC 开始敲图章。但是要提醒一下千万注意NOTARY PUBLIC的图章

１４０没批前就考虑准备４８５的事情了。原来也想着要找律师做呢，还是自己做。问
１４０的律师他可以做么。 律师人很好，直接坦言相告说４８５只是几个表格，还是
自己做吧，不必多花钱。人家律师有生意都不揽，多么好的人品。我还能说什么呢。
这里插个体外话，卖东西的，基本上９９。99％是要骗人的，只是看能不能骗的到。不
论是卖东西的，比如车，还是卖服务的，比如健身，没签协议前都天花乱坠，什么额外
费用都没有，服务多好等等。最后给你一很长的协议，如果你听信他们的话，而不仔细
看的话，基本都中圈套了。协议一签，什么话都变了。真是没品的时代。所以大家签协
议前一定要仔细看，任何协议。深刻的教训。

能找到很多。一般一个签名１０块，或者免费。 在这边做notary的程序是这样。首先
自己翻译，并写上下面这段话。
之后找个朋友一起去做notary，在notary的人面前让朋友在下面这段话上签字， 之后
notary人员盖章就好了。Notary 人员 notarize的是 英文翻译，他不需要懂中文。
