请表FIRST TIME APPLICATION)和NOTARIED ECE的评估report,考试费等一起寄给考试中
心。
你是要等拿到ECE的评估再寄申请表。
ECE一般会给两份report,你可以要求一份寄给你，另一份直接寄给考试中心。你把你收
到的这份report，找个notary 公证一下（其实就是notary把原件copy后在上面盖章签
字，证明这是原件的复印件而已。这个UPS Store就可以做，大概每页是$3.5＋tax），
然后把这份公证的copy和申请表，考试费一起寄给考试中心。
至于是不是ECE寄了原件我们就不需要寄notaried copy，我就不是很清楚了。当时打电
话过去问，他们给的答案也不一样，一会说不用notaried copy，一会说要寄，所以我
就根据申请表上说的，让ECE寄了一份原件，我又寄了份notaried copy。反正都给他们
总不会错。 |

么个意愿。到底被转让的人可以得到什么，被转让人要去县政府那里查，才知道土地有
多大，边界在哪里，是不是有限制，例如HOA规定等等。举个例子你信不信我可以写个
deed，把白宫转让给你？我写什么不重要，重要的是转让的到底是什么。
为什么要去政府查？因为政府总有人上班所以任何人都可以去那里查到底谁拥有这块土
地。这里深层次的意思是如果不在政府record的deed，相较于record过的deed，至少在
加州，是无效的。
现在的情况是有人有效并合法的用deed把土地转给你了，看起来你的deed也在政府
record了，那么下一个想拥有你房子的人必须拿到你签署的deed，由你把这房子
transfer给他，他拿到政府去record，发现在他record以前，你没有一房两卖，这样都
核实好了才有效，他才真正拿到这房子。
你的问题是: 如果有人拿到deed这张纸，能不能不经过你同意，房子就转让了呢？我能
想到的这人有两个办法:1）用他的名字写deed，然后去注册，或者2）直接伪造你的签
字写deed.

我给搞复印件公证的一些经历。
上午我去了两个银行找notary service，一个是当地小银行，另一个是USBank，也是
national的大银行了，结果得到的答复就是notary只能notarize签名，不能notarize复
印件，言之凿凿，搞得我不得不信，很郁闷，就回到公司，然后听说我们前台的秘书也
是notary，就去问问她，结果人家说notary是可以公证复印件的，就是得写上一小段话
，这情况不多见，可能有些notary不知道。。。。。。ft。 不过因为那段话里需要写
明护照原件有本人持有，所以需要老人到场。不过鉴于我没法把老人带到公司，我就让
她写护照原件有我持有，括号女婿。这个copy就当备份了，因为老人马上就要走了，看
有没有机会带他们去其他地方碰碰运气重新公证，否则就用这个申请税号，希望顺利 |

结果他们说他们不做marriage certificate的notary了。。又去了这边的ups店 也问了
村里的court 都说不notary marriage certificate，这些地方貌似除了marriage
birth 和death的notary不做，其他都做～
请问还有什么办法？国内说要两人同时到场才行～

生证明，要求提交。但是我已经在485申请材料里提交出生证明原件了，就是一式六页
的标准公证书，第一页是公证书三个大字，第二第四页中文，第三第五页英文，最后一
页白纸。不清楚为什么说没有提交。
而且REF第二段里提到要提交户口和医院出生证明，但是第五段要求又是exactly我已提
交的出生证明，让人有些糊涂。不知道到底他们要什么材料。求大神解答。

又要去政府交罚款，然后去警局开提车单。就这个提车单给我烦坏了。那个sb女人非说
要车主才能提车，我跟她说车主不在，她说让车主给我写个委托书也行。第二天写了，
她又说要notary，她说你这个谁都可以写啊，我们咋知道真假？我说tmd车主都不在，
哪给你notary去？中文的notary你们丫认识么？她说那你转title到你名下也行。结果
转title也要notary。反正就是怎么说都不行。
后来说去拖车公司看看车吧，还跟那负责人吵了一架，那个小老头非要我们把钥匙留下
，我说我如果不来钥匙你们不也拿不到么？本来就憋了一肚子火，我就问他这是不是法
律规定？我们犯法了么？他也理直气壮的嚷嚷说这就是damn law，他也不想留这个damn
car，etc。我当时真是气的想给他一拳了，妈的车不让拿还想要老子的钥匙。
强压下这股火，我跟他说，Listen，车主现在不在，我们罚款都交完了，警局就是不给
开提车单。我这有钥匙有title的，我就不明白tmd凭什么我不能提车？（当时我用了好

notary，让closing agent把loan docs通过email发给这个notary，然后打出来签字，
然后再让notary寄回去。当然网上签字也可以，就是也应该要当着notary的面签。

发帖数: 45 | 35 前段时间去给孩子办理旅行证遇到了很大的挫折，给我们的感觉就是大使馆不为人民办
事。。。前前后后一共四次才在朋友的帮忙下办理了下来，希望写下来能对以后有需要
的朋友有所帮助。
我们住在ohio，只能去纽约办理（好像每年大使馆也会去各州办理）。只有母亲带着孩
子去的，我工作原因去不了，所以要写委托书，官网上没有任何对委托书的说明。所以
这里写下来我们最终可以用的版本以借参考。
需要notary public写公证并盖章签字，notary 去银行就可以找到。公证用一页纸就可
以了（如果两页，必须公证人两页上都要签字，为了避免麻烦最好还是一页，以免出现
不必要的麻烦），上面一定要写上孩子的中文名字，和申请书里的要一致。签字的时候
要当着notary的面签字才可以。

From some checklists in the mitbbs website, we need Copy of official birth
certificate and marriage certificate.
I have Notarial Certificate of Marriage and birth.
However, my wife's Notarial Certificate of Marriage was left in China.
Is it OK for us to use Copy of my Notarial Certificate of Marriage?
Do we need the original Notarial Certificate of Marriage and birth?

说前面的公证书的英文与中文相符）。因此我的RFE说我的不全，因为the copy does
not contain conformity statement. You must provide a full complete copy of
your notarial certificate of birth.
LD的是说 the conformity statement appears to contain an error as it
references the name Wan Lu Zheng Zi. Please explain this discrepancy and

First get a person who is not you or your family member. Let him translate
your marriage certificate and write a statement that he certify that the
translation is true and accurate.
Then bring this guy together with his ID to Bank of America. Ask him to sign
in front of the notary. The notary then notarize that he is the person
indicated and he had signed in front of the notary.

译人当着他的面宣誓自己有能力翻译并在translator's statement 上签字，notary也
在translator's statement上签字并盖章。提交时把翻译和这个translator's
statement 一起交就可以了。很多银行branch有notary，一般是坐在隔间里的那些。公
司里的legal department很多人也是。
