只递交了前两页（一页中文，一页英文），鬼使神差，证明英文翻译和中文一致的后两
页我竟然没有递交。所以主副招致出生证RFE。
USCIS规定的尿检是2016年九月份生效的，我的体检是十月份做的，医生忘了做尿检。
接到RFE后，又找原来医生补了尿检，重新封了I-693。

公证处出的统一的出生公证。rfe原话说：the record indicates that you submitted
a copy of your notarial certificate. However the us department of state
indicates that notarial certificates are secondary evidence; therefore
please submit a copy of your original medical certificate of birth. 奇怪的是
主申请人并没有被要求再交一份。我比较了一下主副申请分别提交的公证书，是国内不
同城市15年公证处提供的模版，都是一样的四页，发现差别在于，主申请的英文翻译写
的是birth certificate，副申请的写的是notarial certificate，issue under

DMV，我不知道可不可以。 银行肯定可以的，比如CHase。但是一般的银行周日不开门
。周六是开的。
卖车的人带title，和你一起去银行说要notary，会有人帮你搞的。银行notary，卖车
的人签字，这个title就是open的title，任何人捡到它都可以去DMV转title。你可以当
场签字，也可以以后签字，但是要在转title前签。 如果你有任何问题，在notary的
时候问银行的人就可以了。其它的不用担心。
还有一种情况是，对方的title已经notary，也有对方的签名，这个时候只要你直接拿
这个title去DMV转就可以了。
一般你拿到title和对方的车后，卖方会当场把车牌卸下带走。 |

一般美国公司里面，是HR部门进行你的背景查证。我同学当时家里惹了官司，需要他的

还真有这样的公司，给出具翻译副本和notary的。你去google一下，找到这个可以做

我当年就是为房子的事情问好了，然后按我上面说的办理的。唐人街上的Notary
Public，看了我的驾照，看了我的中英宣誓，就给宣誓盖了印，$10。然后我把这个寄
到州务卿（Secretary of State)办公室，他们给加了个州的印，证明这个Notary
Public是州注册认证的公证人，大概$35。我把这些寄给领馆，他们最后再加个印，证
明这个州的认证是真的合法的，大概也是三、五十美元。

上月他匆忙海归，想把lease转给我，但没时间处理就匆匆走了。现在开始办lease
transfer。但toyota寄来的表格，上面需要他在notary public面前签字，证明他愿意
转出这个lease。但现在他人在国内，近期不可能回美。不知有无好办法解决这个

your documents conforms certain guidelines, they cannot stamp your document,
and will have to attach that standard page. The attached page does specify
what kind of document is being notarized, though. It is not the notary is
stupid, it is the CA notary law is stupid. However that kind of notarized
document worked for me all the time with US agencies. Have no idea about CN
gov. |

This doc is easy to get in any Notary Public in China with your HuKou
Anyway, ask your mother to take any doc which proves your relationship to
