加剂做出来的。
孩子在这个年纪特别喜欢finger food，就是用手抓着吃的东西，很多小孩都爱吃
chicken nuggets，我家就自己做，简单又好吃。
原料：无骨鸡大腿肉chicken thigh fillet 两块，盐少许，面包糠一碟，一个鸡蛋打
成蛋液，面粉一点
做法：
鸡腿肉切成合适的大小，然后洒一点盐season一下，拌匀后洒一层面粉，均匀的裹上薄
薄的一层就行了，然后在蛋液里滚一下，在面包糠里滚一下。
平底锅中火，倒少量的油，把裹好面包糠的鸡块放锅里煎。3分钟左右就可以煎成金黄
，然后翻一面。
光靠煎是不容易煎熟的，最后我把煎黄的鸡块放烤箱里，350华氏度烤了15分钟。就可
以吃了。
这一盘菓同学和我两个人吃完了，配了个菠菜蛋汤。
先上菠菜，娃吃菜吃的差不多的时候再把鸡块端上来。 |

缺乏投手是个重要的问题. 昨天Lenard刚刚打出来, 比分从20+缩小到10pt, 结果
受伤, 后来nuggets再也没能追上来.
上个赛季Lenard打出第二春,是denver成功的一个重要原因.
就像去年spurs, 为什么后来连输lal4场, 没有稳定的sg是个重要的原因. 希望今年
barry 和d. brown能够顶起来.
还有,一堆人叠一块了. camby, nene, kmart, 还有什么rodney white, franciso
elson都tm堆起来了. 资源严重的重复.
A Miller 昨天打的简直没有状态,希望只是暂时现象.
另外配合也不如上赛季默契, 每个人都想单打. CA有严重的自我膨胀趋向, 昨天看
到好几个自己带到24s仓惶出手.
总之, 都不是好现象, 希望只是第一场而已. |

这棵树上嫁接了一些其它品种，我最喜欢的是白沙枇杷，肉质香甜，Brix测的糖度有16
- 17左右。
不过喜欢吃什么是因人而异，曾经嫁接过大红袍枇杷，因为果肉有点酸，结果俩年后就
剪掉了。有位朋友就非常喜欢大红袍枇杷，就是因为喜欢那份酸味。
这就是是大红袍，Gold Nugget，和白沙。白沙仅比Gold Nugget稍微白一点。枇杷按果
肉色泽可分为主要可分为白(淡黄)色及红(橙)色两种，一般认为红肉类枇杷树体生长比
较健壮，容易栽培。产量较高但肉质较粗。而白肉类枇杷一般生长稍弱，抗性较差但肉
质细甜。 Gold Nugget应该属于红肉。
甜五星，白沙，Gold Nugget
甜五星今年第一次结果。有次在中国尝了大五星枇杷，大而无味。有人告诉我甜五星是
又大又甜，我就找了枝条在前年5月嫁接的。果子倒是的确不小，大的有70克左右。一
小枝上就能结不少，果肉还是没什么味道， Brix测的糖度只有10左右。正在想要不要
剪了它。

没学会跟老师讲要热饭，他爸爸送时忘了这么做，娃中午的饭只碰了一点就都带回来了
，最爱吃的排骨也没动，凉的确实没法吃啊。我也在教，可是教会之前不能让娃饿肚子
啊。
其他孩子有人就带三明治和饼干，有人是保温盒。
我给娃买过一个桶装的保温盒，从里面掏东西着实费事。现在有点想买那个日本的两截
的保温盒，家里有俩大人的了，给娃买个小的，虽然贵点也咬牙了。
说是可以保温6小时，我想早晨把盒子用开水烫过，然后放了没动过的微波加热的冷菜

感觉楼主没怎么看过nuggets的比赛，或者只看过几场national直播的。
0. "打顺了还好，僵持了或者落后了比较容易犯晕，失去最后冲刺的毅力"
楼主可以勘察一下nuggets的纪录，看看32场里有多少场nuggets是上半场落后，最
后追上来的，中间有一段，连续几场第四30+的score。 客场对spurs一战，最后7：
0的run,反败为胜，当然可以说占了TD的便宜，但是在SBC center, spurs主场战绩
也不是人见人欺的，Rockets最后被打爆20多分大家还记得吧。
另外，狼队晋级最关键一场，主场对nuggets,一直处于僵持，最后谁挺下来了？
1。关于惨败火箭。
那天那个比分，不说多了10场，再打个5,6场，都打不出那天那个结果。
那天Tmac发表是有目共睹的了，我看是本赛季以来除了35s扭转马刺，
他发挥最好的一场，根本拦不住，照那天那个水平，谁来都不是个儿。
另外，楼主也提到了，Camby的作用，rockets的中锋Combo,说联盟
第一没有人反对吧，nene是个打大前的料，一般的C对付对付可以，面对
两个7-footer |
