Hi!
我是Christina, girl，是NYU 2013 FALL 的新生。现求合租room或者house都可以，长
租（1年）。本人性格开朗，愿意与房东和室友成为好朋友，互相帮助，无不良嗜好。
【周边环境】
1、安全、安静，如果是building，最好有24h doorman
2、离metro或bus-station近（步行10min以内可到达），预计到NYU时间在30min之内
3、附近有超市，购买食材及生活用品便利
【房间要求】
1、本人于8月23日到达NYC，能够当天入住
2、最好是furnished，不用再添置家具；家具新旧不在意，但是 要干净
3、房间独立，有门有锁，尊重他人隐私的同时也保护个人隐私安全
4、有空调、暖气
【租金要求】
1、月租$1000以下，含water/gas等，电、网另算也可。
2、从入住当日起开始算房租

发帖数: 1481 | 48 这个跟国内没法比的。NYC的Condo 持有成本太高，房价的涨幅跟国内过去十年没法比。
光说投资的话，投NYC的Condo还不如投NJ大学附近的Condo/House，比如Harrison那种破地方。 |

我是新手，不太懂。。想现在买，觉得接下来２年会看涨。
不过２年以后大概需要搬到NYC另一个地方住，现在买的到时候只能租出去了，或者给
父母探亲时候住。。
大家什么意见呢？谢谢 |

对方什么都不管，连住的地方都不管。
不过呢，我的opt要开始了，本来想找个地方挂个名的。以前没有工作经验，要是去这
个地方可以有些工作经验。可是NYC实在实在实在太贵了。需要再找另一份工作才能活
下来。那个地方肯定留不下来，是个政府部门，但是和我的专业很对口。
到底要不要去啊？！ |
