（White tuna），原來有多達84%是多國禁食的「油魚」（escolar，學名異鱗蛇鯖）冒
充，多吃不單受騙，隨時會腹瀉、腸胃痙攣，過多的油份更可能會不斷從肛門流出。
普通呑拿魚鯛魚也作假
海洋保育組織Oceana報告自2010年起，經兩年調查化驗了1,215個海鮮樣本，基因測試
發現，多達33%樣本的基因與標籤不符，最令人震驚的，莫過於「油魚」充「白呑拿魚
」。研究指，巿面出售貼上「白呑拿魚」標籤的魚肉，有多達84%實際上是「油魚」，
壽司店更加是「假魚重災區」，74%食物標籤不正確，食肆出售的海鮮也有38%標籤不正
確。
除了白呑拿魚，普通呑拿魚作假也嚴重，多達59%是其他魚類冒充。不過最嚴重要數鯛
魚（snapper），多達87%的標籤為「鯛魚」的，實際上是其他魚類，他們在全美國搜購
的120個鯛魚樣本中，僅7個是真正的鯛魚。
假魚問題在全美國原來相當普及，各處情況相若，數據顯示嗜吃壽司的洛杉磯「假魚當

1. 外箱必须用double wall, 比如HD heavy duty small, 木乃伊打包, 40磅左右. 箱

pick the type for oily skin. If you do not know his/her skin type, see what
your own type is.
The cream is quite thick, harder to apply on baby and sometimes I found my
daughter react to it. So I always recommend LOTION, not the CREAM. The
cleanser is good for bathing baby too.

you will get better after your 30's. although i still have some break-ups
today - i am 30 this year, the skin is much better than before.
anyway, another benefit is that you will have less wrinkles and your skin is
tighter than your peers. i am 30 and have a daughter. some people thought i
am 27-8. i think it is benifit from my oily skin.
do not complain about your oily skin. you will get better and better in the
future.

I didn't see any brightening effect either....
Their cleanser gives me allergy, although I am never allergic to any other
cleansers

no more 包...they were there for a day or two and disappeared
smaller and cleaner pores (this may not be because retinol only though)
when i was picking a new foundation a few weeks ago, i chose cle de peau
cream foundation over chantecaille future skin only because i had such oily
skin and only CPB lasted for more than 5 hours. now it's amazing how CPB

clean clear铺天盖地广告期，老妈遂进货若干嘱咐我每天使用。。。。结果悲剧了，
lz的痘痘开始此消彼长层出不穷，而毛孔也开始不可控地增大。。。。可怜lz跟lz妈都
是没有research精神的懒人（在此要大吼三声：知识就是力量！！！）lz后来用到脸部

Ingredients:
- Flowers / Petals: Rose, Jasmine, Rosemary, Lavender, Chamomile, Marigold,
Hibiscus. (either of them or a mix of all or any)
- Boiling water
Method:
Put the petals in a bowl and cover them with boiling water to immerse the petals. Let stand for whole night. Strain and

might not work properly since the blades might always open to its maximum,
and you cannot adjust it by turning the aperture circle. In this case, you
must clean the blades by opening the lens units. Actually the cleaning is
not tough if you have basic knowledge and tools. It is relative easy.

美国，是地球上人类有史以来最伟大的国家。她的伟大，是几乎怎么夸奖都不过分的。
我知道有许多人会有“酸葡萄”心里。还有一些认真的人会提到美国政府明显的错误，
如其入侵伊拉克的谎言（伊拉克有大规模杀人武器）等。尽管有这些近年的事实（也可
以再加上早年的贩卖黑人和更早期的对印第安人的屠戮），美国仍然不失为一个伟大的
国家。
为什么呢？因为有三点我们必须看到。
1）从人类的文明史的发展来看，美国是一个不断改正自己错误的国家。
美国历史上的错误，是人类贪婪天性的一部分。正因为美国人继承的是欧洲文化，所以
她才能逐渐的，从内心反省，来改变自己的行为。历史上，美国的黑人解放是什么原因
呢？是黑人革命造反成功，使白人从社会上，从外部感受到压力，不得不让步的结果吗
、如中国历史上反反复复的改朝换代一样吗？不是。黑人的解放主要是白人（欧洲）文

命”的结果就知道了。看看印度英狄拉甘地的“不合作”运动，改变了英国殖民统治的
