我们其实已经住在病房并不是在ER，实在不明为啥一定要我们出院。不过不打算计较
目前脸部开的是Bacitracin Ointment也是说要保证不干，但这种药膏是不是只是消毒
防感染，等伤口愈合就开始用你说的aquaphor来达到消痕迹愈合？（护士也提过只要要
用什么notion之类的每天涂）
然后之前一位好心人说的silver sulfadiazine 属于哪一种药膏呢？ |

发帖数: 937 | 35 你这个和我们家的很像，我们小儿子小的时候也是冬天干燥经常出湿疹，告诉你几个办
法，大多数是去见了儿科皮肤病医生后被告之的。
首先不用去操心你那个furnace上的加湿器了，我们一开始和你一样的想法，专门拆了
旧的换了个新的加湿器上去，经验证明没用。
不要经常用香波给宝宝洗澡，那样可以保留皮肤上的油脂。用清水，隔几天再用香波。
洗完澡后，30秒之内给全身擦油，30秒是医生说的，不知道从哪里研究出来要30秒，搞
得我们那时洗完澡象打仗，两个人一起上。用的是Aquaphor Healing Ointment. 非常
油，但很有效，现在冬天都还在用。
不要每天换内衣，隔天换。这也是要保留身上的油脂。
不用平常的洗衣粉，经常含香料刺激皮肤，用专用的儿童洗衣粉Dreft.
一个小的加湿器就足够了，按医生的说法，主要是要皮肤保湿，冬天里空气干燥那没有
办法，你总不能把他放水里泡着吧。
我儿子已经快4岁了，从很厉害的湿疹到现在已经几乎完全没有了，我说的这些我们已
经坚持了快四年了，已经养成习惯了。每天洗完澡马上全身擦油，动作要快，要不然小

if the burn area is red. then not much to do other than protecting the skin
from trauma.
if there are blisters and the area is small and you don't want to go thru
ER, you can apply on it some otc antibiotic cream/ointment. you should also
wrap it carefully with bandage to protect from further trauma. if the blister

you might want to try hot compression for your eyelid, normally i wouldn't
trust primary care physician for anything with the eye, speaking for myself
i have no idea as far as dz involved with eyes, so always go to see
ophthalomology, don't know what insurance you have, might try to call eye
doctor and tell them it's an emergency, |

最先开始见医生让用油泡了洗掉，结果洗了一周洗掉了，又长，医生说再洗。
这样反复了一个月后开始流黄水，流水的时候很痒，宝宝抓。我们防不胜防，
终于被他抓的到处是血口子，复见医生，开如下药膏跟口服抗生素：
clotrimazole creeam +aquaphor ointment
宝宝肠胃功能很差，从出生到现在四个月一直拉稀，看了很多医生没人能看好。
因为这个我们没给吃口服药，从周五晚上开始给用外用药，结果不但不见好转
反而越来越厉害。以前把黄痂去掉后，头皮上只是红点子，有四块位置比较厉
害的流黄水很多，但是其它部分还是好的。现在整个头皮都是红的，全都在流
黄水，宝宝刚刚又抓了一下，就一下，血直流，整个头都染红了。我觉得是药
膏让宝宝头皮变薄了，所以抓起来更容易破。
我心疼得哭了。宝宝今天从早上闹到晚上，困得不行又没办法睡觉。
恳请版上的朋友帮忙看看。在美国碰到的都是庸医，我是实在没办法了。 |

内被蚊子咬得包一样，后来1小时后变得像指甲盖一样大小，今天早上起来，天哪，变
成了像鸡蛋一样大小的包，而且鼓的老高。请问大家有遇到同样的问题吗？这边的朋友
看了，有的说是蜜蜂咬得，有的说是spider咬得，现在的感觉是有点痒和痛，而且那个
包很硬，我涂上了皮炎平（国内带来的），又涂了antibiotic ointment，都不怎么管

我第一次肛裂去看了医生，给开了stool softner，还要我每次大厕所之后要温水坐浴
，而且还给开了vitamin A+D的ointment。我当时怀疑是痔疮，不过医生排除了那个可
能性。
之后有朋友告诉我说prume juice很有用，我去试了试，果然对排便很有帮助。后来因
为病情反复发作，我对prune juice的依赖性越来越强，而prune juice对我的作用就越
来越弱了。Dried plum我也有吃。Stool Softner也吃过，不过instruction上说这个不
能多吃，如果连续几天而情况没有好转的话，好象是说得停药。
如厕后温水坐浴我也是只要有条件就坚持做了。不过大部分情况不是很有条件做这个。
另外我平时是坐的时间比较多，我现在比较注意了，一般隔一会儿就站起来走走，再加
上狂喝水，所以隔一会儿就得去趟洗手间。
不知道这样是不是还是不够？ 另外，有机会我就会去游泳，基本上每次游半个多小时
，每个星期两到三次。
但是情况没有什么好转，很显然我从一次性的肛裂变成慢性肛裂了。而且很多的时候我
的大便其实没有那么硬，甚至可以说还满柔软的，可是还是会给 |

当时看了眼科医生，医生说用热敷，但是根本不管用。后来右眼的下眼睑继续红肿，化
脓，去看医生，开了抗生素TOBRAdEX
(TOBRAMYCIN AND DEXANETHASONE OPHTHALMIC OINTMENT),上了几个月，肿块慢慢变小
，眼睛也不象以前那样红。医生又给了lotemax(loteprednol etabonate ophthalmic
suspension 0.5%),现在虽然是不象以以前严重，但是一直不好。经常变红，上了药后
就改善。看了眼科医生，医生说他也不知道，只是说继续上药到5-6岁，可能自然愈合。
我的问题是
1。有那位眼科医生朋友或着宝宝父母遇到过这种情况？用了什么办法？
2。有个朋友在中国做过眼科医生，说是眼睑的泪腺堵塞造成的感染，在国内做个小的
手术刮掉感染的部位就可以了。可孩子的眼科医生说肿块太小，不能做。我是应该把孩
子带到国内去做还是约别的医生？

人静的时候也会觉的疼。有什么高招么？想自己用刀子或者粗针挑一下，但是怕感染。
