GC 14 days after. I also got a follow-up phone call from CIS Ombudsman to
check if everything was OK so they could close the case. Very helpful people!

其中讲到DOS Immigrant Visa Allocation Management System (IVAMS)，这个系统我还是第一次听说，也就是DOS自己有个visa统计系统。CISOMB(CIS Ombudsman)在报告中
指责USCIS与DOS沟通不够，USCIS对此作了辩解。认为他们沟通足够，能够把重复递交
的485给剔除，或者把EB转到FB的case从EB里面剔除。我觉得IVAMS是个比较重要的信息
，我们可以要求DOS公布IVAMS系统的一些数据。

发帖数: 947 | 10 在处理移民案件，我们常常会碰到CIS不合理的地方，例如说你的申请明明是在到期日
前送到（看CIS表格上的CIS收件日期印章），你的优先日期已经排到出I-485，但是CIS
一再的退 件。CIS的费用付了，CIS也领走了钱，却一再说你还没有付钱。CIS把优先类
别弄错，却不愿改正。如果有这些行政上的错误，你百般的无法从CIS Service Center
得到解决，恐怕就只得联络CIS总局的Ombudsman办公室，这个单位是CIS特别设立来处
理这方面的问题。
你可以到www.dhs.gov/cisombudsman ，填好表格，附上你所有的资料与证据。
Ombudsman 收到你的信后会寄一封信给你，同时说一般而言45天内会有回答。这是最有
效的解决问题方式。但如果是有关于法律的问题（例如你不同意CIS的决定），这不是
属Ombudsman的解决权限。

的州，所以uscis ombudsman是最有效的，我们写个稿子，然后同意加入的人一起落款。
理由是：要求USCIS按照CASE先后顺序来处理。
自己的命运掌握在自己的手中，这样等下去，迟早会批，但是谁也不知道还要等多久。

请问有人知道这是什么原因么？试了一下包含附件和不包含两种情况，都不行。

11月开始实在坐不住了，打了电话，发信去催，律师也问，得到的结果是已经assign
IO，30天肯定会有结果。11月底已经过了30天，打电话继续询问，结果是再等90天，着
急了，给Ombudsman发信，以为很快有回复，一直等到圣诞节没有任何消息。昨天28号
，无意中收到Ombudsman update,说28号发信询问移民局，结果刚刚查询，发现28号当
天移民局就批了，效率真快。奇怪的是我的手机没有收到任何提示，自己查询才发现的

Annual Report里面才把USCIS办事随意性大，找借口批了。这次有可能是针对140-EAD

om瑞典语词根表示离开，距离，词根buds表示说话。
也就是有距离能说话表示中立的人，这批人在瑞典是厉害角色，不单查察吏治，还有各
大公司的账务。
去年温家宝在哥德堡扔下了20个亿的欧元，作用不明，结果被这群人给查出来了曝光了
媒体
可能跟军火和情报系统有关。 |

Dear Immigration Officer(or Mr.Ombudsman??)
We are a group of people who submitted our I485 applications in October or
November 2011.
However, we haven’t heard anything back from USCIS after over 6-month
waiting. Some of us tried to do INFOPASS or contact the Senator, but we were
told that we are still in the normal time frame of processing and USCIS
processes the cases in the order of received dates. We understand that USCIS

我觉得有效的办法是 我们分别向USCIS Ombudsman发信，但是摆出的理由相似，我们统
一好REASON 1 2 3 4, 然后在集中一周内发出。一定注明2011 十月十一月，而且说明。
目前的summary
1. EB1A/B已经批的，需要申请grant，国际学术交流
2. USCIS每次只给form answer saying first come first serve, but apparently
they approve cases randomly, it's not fair
3. 大家继续想

Request for Evidence
On November 9, 2012, we mailed a notice requesting initial evidence in this
case. Please follow the instructions on the notice to submit the evidence
requested. Meanwhile, processing of this case is on hold until we either
receive the evidence or the opportunity to submit it expires. Once you
submit the evidence requested and a decision is made, you will be notified
by mail.

SR。同时再催议员。
According to USCIS, your I-485 application is still undergoing a background
check review. Because the background check process moves through multiple
law enforcement agencies, USCIS is unfortunately unable to speculate when it
will be returned to them for further processing.
I’m sorry that your status has still not changed, but please feel free to
contact me if you do not receive a further update within the next 30 days.

did you contact your senator or congressman office? they might help you get
more details.
here 485 has been pending for almost two years. it has just been transferred
to NBC, not to the field office yet.
what is your case status on the USCIS web? usually they show that your case
is transferred to another center first. |

才上班。我在uscis网上的状态还是fingerprint fee received，日期还是2016年3月份
。打800，说是案子在8月份已经转到field office了。但是议员每个月都打电话给我说
案子的背调还没结束，要等背调结束才能有下一步。不知道这个ombudsman的回复是否
意味着背调已经结束了。
请问你的申请pending两年了吗，同病相怜，希望我们都能尽早拿到绿卡。 |
