But won't this kind of stuff simply confuse little 5, 6 year olds? To them,

case number A填了领事馆的申请材料。单位律师帮我准备waiver application form的
时候没有填入这个case number A，而是用了系统自己生成的case number B。这样就照
成中国大使馆那边有的我的case number和我交给DOS的申请表的case number不同。我
感觉这个是个大问题，要求律师重新帮我准备DOS那边的表格，但是律师说没事，我想
问问大家的建议。
此外，DOS的那个网上申请表格是可以申请多次的吧，只要表格没有签名寄出，DOS那边
应该就还不会收到任何申请吧。所以我的case只要重新生成下DOS的申请表是不是就可
以了。
单位律师不太懂，我得自己看着点，谢谢大家帮忙看看。 |

现在我的律师想给我做一个advisory opinion，因为这个会更快一些。如果现在做了的
话，会不会对我的j1 waiver有影响，会不会导致我需要改我的case number？

你递交的2019表的COPY上涉及几个单位？询问一下就知道。如果涉及到的单位ISSO都表
示没收到REQUEST，
你必须询问DOS，他们吧这个REQYEST发到哪个单位的ISSO？这个单位未必是政府机构，
如NIH
有人遇到这样的情况，以前的2019表上签字的ISSO负责人退休了，调离了，该部门的
FAX改变了，DOS仍发到那个人手里，单位未收到的情况。
单位有内部的规章制度。询问一下就知道了。比如NIH
ｓｐｏｎｓｏｒ ｖｉｅｗ三个部分
本人填表，签字
NIH老板填表，签字，同意你豁免
新单位的老板填表，详细描述你的工作职责，工资。新的单位ISSO签字，新单位发出正
式公函，批准你的豁免。
上述三个文件齐全后，NIH豁免负责人签字，然后正式向DOS发出ｓｐｏｎｓｏｒｖｉｅｗ |

赶紧申请EB1A-140， 如果你绿卡还没有影子。
如果你的EB1A-140批准了，赶紧准备交485的材料。
重要的事情赶紧做，你是否需要豁免，牛角尖不要钻了，顺其自然。每个人有重要的事
情要做。
