是不是fact是要两边都认可的情况下才叫fact，圣经说是fact就是了？那还辩论个球啊？
早就说你把论点当论据用，循环论证，你还不承认？
辩论双方至少有一方不是双方都认可的fact，这才有的辩。而在圣经和神的问题上，你
永远只能是个opinion，因为你所有的关于“神”的观点都不是建立在事实的基础上，
而是建立在faith的基础上，而你的faith是没有足够事实支持的，所以才叫faith，不
叫fact。
相反我可以选择用opinion驳你，也可以选择用fact驳你。就像这个帖子立论第一部分
，我选择用建立在常识基础上的opinion驳你，如果你要反驳，请用更加有力的opinion
，而不是循环用要证明的东西来证明自己。这个帖子的立论第二部分，我就是在用fact

完全照抄Aprilmm的。因为我是两个小孩的妈，还要上班，根本没时间搞绿卡申请，3月
20多号的时候，我要到一个地方开会3天，我就把April mm和版上另外一个人的PL打印

residence requirement"，本以为就万事大吉了，但是一月底所在单位有个转H1b机会
希望我能马上开始，跟intl office的负责人沟通过才知道有可能是当时签证时候签证
官犯了本质性错误，建议我马上同时提交advisory opinion和waiver申请，如果真的不
subject顶多损失了申请费，如果真的subject也不耽误时间。
先贡献上我的timeline，具体情况后面会详写，有需要参考的同学可以往后看。
中国大使馆/纽约中心方面：
01/25/2016 已在线提交申请，请尽快邮寄材料。
01/27/2016 收到材料，“J-1签证豁免” 申请已受理。
02/03/2016 请补充材料并更正信息。(DS2019需要延期)
02/09/2016 已更正信息，等待再次审核。
02/10/2016 初审通过，已报送所属使领馆。
03/08/2016 您的“J-1签证豁免” 申请已经您所属使（领）馆教育处（组）审核通过

从求推荐信，审稿到组织材料，整整准备了一年，案子有点弱，文章12，包括一作6篇
，JACS, CM,CS这个级别的文章。引用150，审稿23篇10个杂志。7封推荐信，包括现在
博后老板的，6封独立推荐信中有一个化学诺奖的，美国3封，德国，日本，韩国各一封
。其实并没有发掘很多的亮点，不过都是引用杂志的排名，大段的引用有几个，然后就
是会议报告，吹了一下会议多么牛逼。有一篇文章是TOP25，也吹了一下。还有吹了一
下所在国家实验室和中科院。
最近efile停掉了，好像只能通过附支票缴费。
regular的都先寄到TSC，然后等分配，PP的话根据所在州分配NSC还是TSC。

based on facts. It could be opinion as well. Even court allows witness'
opinion. Opinion, by definition, is biased. But that's OK. Opinions in
court are cross examined and balanced by both sides.
In other words, even if you didn't do any statistical analysis, you could
still state your opinion that you don't like XXX people with your reasoning.
