Application Deadline for Post-Completion OPT
Under regulations issued in April 2008, USCIS will accept applications for
OPT submitted up to 90 days prior to and up to 60 days following completion
of the degree program. OPT employment must begin no later than 60 days
following the completion of the degree program.
