报道指，张明杰曾任哈尔滨市发改委副主任、市城镇化建设领导小组办公室主任，拥有民主党派成员和女干部双重身份，去年九月，中央第八巡视组进驻黑龙江期间，张明杰被哈尔滨市纪委带走。随后哈尔滨市人民检察院决定以张明杰涉嫌滥用职权罪对其逮捕，目前该案还处在侦查阶段。
报道称，张明杰被带走，不排除与哈尔滨市原种繁殖场（简称「原种场」）的土地问题有关。○九年，哈尔滨政府对市郊拥有一百五十四公顷土地的原种场进行改制，张当时任哈尔滨市原种场改制组组长，最终原种场被以六千一百余万元（人民币．下同）底价，卖给註册资金仅五十万元的民营企业「东江农业」公司。

RoamingGhost 网友的信为模板写了一封公开信，对Lab Rule 3提出了质疑。如果

表之后收到了好几个网友的回复，其中包括两个曾经在Kubiak实验室工作过的亚
裔学生。不久之前我又看到UCSD官方的 《An apology for insensitive
