大多数是不常用的蔬菜，而本地买organic的瓜果也不难，所以迟迟未敢下手。
也有菜园子提供organic + cage free的鸡蛋的，比较贵，大概$9/打，是超市里的近2
倍。但是蛋是真漂亮，五颜六色的。不过就算加入会员也不一定能买到，要买蛋还得先
进waiting list |

转基因跟有机不是一个层面上的概念，没有什么可比较的。另外有机食品不一定就是所
谓的无污染健康食品。Professor当时给我解释的原因是市面上没有有机化肥，现有的
化肥都是经过加工而成的，所以种出来的食品也不可能是“有机”食品，Professor说
现在所谓的“健康食品”只是营销的一种策略，她们家全是生物学家，没有一个人会去
买“Organic Food”。 |

methods. The OLED front panel nowdays are deposited with PVD through shadow
mask and the manufacturing is in Asian. The backplane are normally a-Si or
LTPS, not organic.
Kodak is the pioneer to have R&D in OLED but then they sold their patents to
LG. The OLED products by sumsung and LG are still not cheap.
I agree that flexible electronics is the trend but i think OLED display is
more promising than organic solar cells.
